Owner is the best. Terry we will meet again.

Nothing, it was total nightmare I can't even spend 1 hour in this hotel
Bugs, spiders, smelled and not clean bed sheets, clogged toilet, spiders again and really big ones I will upload a photo, smelly fridge, Lack of communication... When I arrived receptionist lady was really kind and she checked in my reservation and asked for if I need breakfast or not. I said don't want it, everything was ok then she guided me to my room Number: 8 (I remember like this maybe number 6). Room was tiny but I said ok, then that I felt that smell, I checked room was dirty and there were black dots on bed sheet (bed bugs maybe but I'm not sure so I'm not going to accuse) so I said only 3 days I can manage somehow, I decided to take a shower and explore the city, bathroom door was barely opening because room was really tiny. I took my shower then faced with giant spider hanging around. Omg immediately leave the bathroom and dressed. Then I wanted to ask support from receptionist lady. She was also ok and offered me to change the room. I said cool at least she knows what's wrong with this place. She offered me room Number: 7. With all my hope I have entered the room and boom, same room with small differences, smelly and dirty bed sheets, more wide window, bathroom door was opening right... Then of course spider in bathroom and over my head, on the ceiling. I said to lady it's same nothing has changed same spider same bad room,, she replied as this is economy room. (Guys I have enough experience how economy rooms looks like, I'm not a guy always complaining, I know how to stay in hostels, tiny rooms etc..) as hotel management you have no right to keep your rooms as dirty and this is not right to say to your visitors "yes you see bugs spiders and room is tiny and dirty but this is why it's ECONOMY ROOM" . No! You have only one job to keep the clean the rooms and deserve what you are getting from your visitors...

The beds were ok (not great, just ok) , and the internet was good. The availability was also good, on a moment that other hotels were booked. I had a free upgrade from economy room to a higher level.
The room was very noisy, the windows provided no isolation, being close to a busy crossing with traffic light. At 5AM the truck are almost "in your bed". The room and everything in it was generally old and squeecky, The bathroom was below pricelevel, shower had barely water and the toilet flusher was broken, i fixed it myself. The TV had mostly french channels, in a 100% dutch area.

Quite a normal budget hotel, but with little hospitality. No breakfast included.
In a normal hotel, you pay at check-out. In this hotel, you have to pay as soon as you cross the doorstep.
As my room key was handed to me, I was told in a rather threatening tone of voice what it would cost if I did not hand it in at my departure.
At check-in, I was asked at what time I would leave the next morning, so the owner/keeper could meet me. I was there EXACTLY at the prearranged time, but the owner/keeper was nowhere to be found.
Hospitality is the main commodity that a hotel sells. This hotel has not understood yet.

it was close to center
the door at the entrance of room was glass without a curtain, the wifi password did not work in the room. The reception was closed when i checked out and when i arrived even though they confirmed the late checkin, phone reception was not good so had to wait a while.

Okay
Window couldn't close, therefor there were mosquitos in the room and was the noise of the chicken outside very loud。 Bathroom was too small. Water on the floor. Communication with the staff was difficult.

Unfortunately it was not good. the bed was okay.
The hygiene was really really bed. Mould in the shower, bad smell (smoke and urine), in general not clean, towels where dirty and there was still a beard hair on the soap.

there was two hairs (one looked like a pubic hair) and what looked like a smear of blood on the wall so I went in looked around and left and booked the nh in Eindhoven which was a similar price range and way better. I was pretty upset that I had wasted my money on this place. Also I had a baby and a bag etc and the hotel attendant didn't even offer to old the door to help me a I struggled to get inside with all my hand full.

Location is good. Very friendly host as usual good breakfast selection
Bed and pillows not the most comfy. Room tired and needed attention but I know times have been hard. Wash basin was huge in the shower room and no room to move! Shower a little grubby

Good price, very nice owner and wife.
In my room (I think room 7 or 8) the sink had a leakage so the floor was wet in the morning. The Microwave needs some cleaning and there were a few flies in the room (no mosquitos or annoying ones) which is a sign of improper cleaning. Otherwise it was pretty good.

the breakfast was great with definitely enough food and variety. Location was excellent . I had no transport once arrived there but city centre and shops were within walking distance.
TV in the room did not work and that was frustrating as soccer EK2020 was on.

Clean rooms, good breakfast and the friendly staff.
The TVs not working.

Only the beds. They were small but comfortable and clean. And you could park easily in front of hotel.
Basically everything was not good. TV: no signal. Sink: leaking. Room was humid. Heating: did not work. We found electric toothbrush and toothpaste in bathroom. Trash bin was directly outside our basement window. Big smelly trash bin just next to entry. Chickens just behind smelly trash bin.
Whole place gave you a feeling of dirtiness. Pictures on booking.com do not reflect reality!
