Fantastic family run villas that were very clean with a great pool for the kids.

Wonderful staff, extremely kind, very clean rooms, simple but nice breakfast. Great pool area and lots of sun beds for all the visitors. Their pet dogs were so cute and friendly, my children loved them. About a 10 minute walk to mushroom beach but not far and lots to look at as you walk down. We loved coffee from Mushroom Espresso which was a short walk away. Plenty of convenience stores near by also. Lots of nice local restaurants along the beach front.

I will definitely stay here again.

I love this place. Small group of bungalows arranged around the central pool and garden. Rooms are large and comfortable and relatively quiet. The rooms are exactly as described with a front veranda and an inside lounge for sitting and relaxing and a desk to compose this booking.com review on. There is an open bathroom (Balinese style) behind the room – but staff used a mozzie coil in the bathroom and arranged the mosquito net around bed at night so I barely noticed any mosquito’s. I had the best nights sleep here during my trip. There many great places to eat nearby and it is a short walk to mushroom bay (and slightly longer to Sunset Point and the Devils Tears). However you will need a Motor bike / taxi to visit the rest of the island and to cross the yellow bridge to visit Nusa Ceningan. Included breakfast is basic, but cooked fresh when you order. I will definitely stay here again.

So the access road past the hotel is a bit rough. What is left of the road is desperately trying to hold the potholes together, but at least you only have to put up with it for a few day / week of your stay. So, hang on – drive all over the road avoiding the major holes, pedestrians, bikes and vans - and bring a torch if you plan to walk it at night. There is also a bit of live music noise from the bar down the hill. It was noticeable because the location was so quiet. Usually not to loud and stopped at 10 pm but went to midnight one night so I read a book and enjoyed listening to the free live music.

Magical place to stay in Lembongan!

An oasis of a property, we had a magical few days here! Just 6 beautifully equipped huts surrounding a lovely pool in perfectly maintained gardens very comfortable beds, great showers and even an evening turn down where they closed the nets around the beds and placed mosquito coils in the open air bathrooms to make sure the critters didn’t annoy you! Such attention to detail and everyone so friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to mushroom beach.

Great hotel, amazing service!

This place is honestly amazing. The room is spacious and clean. The selling point is definitely the love the staff puts into the service. Each night the mosquito net around the bed is put in place by the staff. We often came back to the hotel after going to the beach to get ready for dinner. After we’d have dinner and went back to the hotel once again, the sand would be gone and the mosquito net was put in place. It’s these extra services that made our stay amazing! Besides the incredible love we received from the staff, the pool is very nice and the location close to mushroom bay was amazing! We will definitely come back!

Really perfect place to stay. Comfortable pretty and super clean.

I loved everything, the room is big and comfortable, the bed is big, there was a fridge and a kettle, safe free water refill. The pool was lovely. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind and it was excetionally clean, the clean twice a day, put mosquito coil, arrange the bed. they really make sure you have the best stay. Location was good too, 5 min walk from the beach, warungs and grocery story nearby. Quiet at night.

Breakfast was quite small and didn't have many options. 3 % charges with paying by credit card.

Transfers were included in the price from the boat and were about 2 hours late getting any due to the rough seas but our transport was still waiting for us. Staff were very welcoming. Nice assortment of restaurants close by. Easy walk to mushroom bay. Laundry is next door. Nice pool Nice breakfast

Terrific Homestay in a quiet area

Everything! I was in bungalow 2 and it was so lovely and beautifully done. Big mosquito problem (on the entire island, really) and staff made sure to put mosquito coils on the veranda and bathroom every night and pull the mosquito net above the bed close. Room service 2 times per day it was insanely clean. Staff was also very lovely. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. I organised the fast boat back to Sanur with the Homestay and it went without a hitch. Pool area was amazing. The Homestay is in a quiet area near mushroom bay and you need a flashlight during the night to find your way back but all in all it’s a good location for exploring the island

A beautiful clean peaceful retreat only 2 min walk from mushroom bay which is a beautiful little beach.

Everything! Perfect location 2 minute walk to the beach and excellent choice of great warungs. The bungalow was immaculately clean and cleaned at least twice a day. Bed super comfortable and ample hot water in the pretty outdoor shower. I loved that Pondok was off the beach in a lush green garden tucked away from the buzz of the beach and the room was private with plants all around our little balcony yet only steps to the gorgeous pool. The owners were lovely! An absolute gem!

A oasis on the beautiful island of Lembongan

We are so pleased we stayed here. It is such an oasis and has been built so beautifully. It's great value for money with a really good and fresh breakfast included (made to order). We loved our cabin with the outside bathroom and mosquito net over our bed. The staff are so nice and helped us book a snorkelling trip. Easy 5 mins walk to town and the beach.

The only bad thing was a night we heard creatures in the roof above us. It was quite unnerving as it sounded like they could come thru at any moment even tho i'm sure they couldn't. Everything else was perfect though.

Family run Balinese style bungalows, tranquil ity at it's best

The staff were amazing ( special thanks to Komang), the bungalows are so nicely decorated, the bed is comfy, has fresh white linen, a lovely outdoor bathroom, balcony overlooking a good size and pretty pool, tropical gardens and 2 cute dogs. Conveniently there is a laundry next door and many warungs nearby. Mushroom beach is a 5 min walk away with 2 good spas on the way.

Beautiful, peaceful resort on the quieter side of the island with wonderful staff

We loved the ambience, the pool, the accommodation. It was a small resort, only 7 chalets and we had 4 of them. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend

Beautiful setting

Everything was perfect. Met by the lovely owners and their 2 little dogs Poopi and Goldie on our arrival and they were so welcoming and friendly. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained and the beautiful wooden bungalows are very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of eggs fresh juice and fresh fruit. We booked our moped through them and you could also book trips. It's a 2 min walk to the nearest restuarant and about 5 mins to the lovely mushroom bay with restuarants on the way. We would highly reccomended staying here as very peaceful and tranquil. They are building 2 more bungalows on their land which will be able to accommodate family's with an extra bedroom. We would definately recommend to any of our friends and family..

Everything, the staff and owners are amazing and keep the villas and gardens in immaculate condition. Rooms are Devine and well maintained. The pool area is stunning and water is crystal clear and kept very clean. Pool side beers are cheaper than buying in the supermarket, so there is no need to buy your own. Service was excellent and the lady who owns and runs it has great communication skills and is very helpful in booking transport for travel and leisure. In a great tropical location central to everything near Mushroom Bay. Easy walking to cliff top bars for sunset views and restaurants for great food. Added bonus was two beyond gorgeous little dogs named Poopie and Golden that are super friendly and love pats and cuddles. Pondok your the best 💕💕 Never staying on the mainland again. Island life for me. The beaches are clean and beautiful and the whole vibe is relaxing and peaceful. Pondok we will be back.

Family stay.

Fantastic stay here at Pondok Lembongan. Komang and her staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and genuine. We loved relaxing by the pool in the morning and heading off to the beaches in the afternoon. Great location- only a stroll to Mushroom Bay and the restaurants there. Passing taxis outside the door will bring you anywhere else on the island you'd like to go. Would recommend highly.

Incredibly clean and comfortable stay with amazing, friendly hosts. My 12th time to Bali and my FAVOURITE place I have stayed. Fantastic value for money, will not stay anywhere else on Lembongan now. The aircon was great, keeping the room cool at all times. The bed was so comfortable, which can be hard to find in Bali. Simple but nice included breakfast. Glass water bottles refilled daily. The grounds are kept immaculate and it’s in a peaceful location. Thank you so much Komang and staff for having us, see you again soon 🙏🏼

Loved every minute of it!

Absolutely everything. The room was spacious, very clean and cosy for our 6 night stay. The pool was always clean and inviting. They even had a ball there that we could play around with. The helped us to arrange a motorbike, booked us boat tickets to and from Bali and even sent our laundry out twice during our stay. We would’ve stayed longer if we could but they were booked. For good reason! The bathroom was spacious with good counter space to keep our things. Every night they lit mosquito coils and got the room ready for the evening. It was lovely. We felt very cared for during our experience and had lovely chats with the owners as well. We will definitely return on our next trip to Lembongan.
