A pleasant stay in the heart of Mushroom Beach.

The owners English is limited. But you get by.

Weeks stay at the villas Holiday

Centrally located. Easy to walk to places, though the road a bit of a hazard with traffic and uneven surfaces. Mr Bagus and sons very helpful and pleasant Room cleaned nicely. Bed very comfortable, good linen and Reasonably quiet. Private and good curtains in room . Air conditioning and fan appreciated. Nice verandah to sit out on Pool lovely though a few more chairs (only 4 for 10 villas) and a bit hard to get out of the pool. Wifi worked well.. Initially disappointed with room ( no fridge) however we had a most enjoyable week. Great value

We arrived on a holiday mid afternoon after a very long time travelling and no one around. Found someone not overly friendly to point out our room. Room basic, no fridge as shown in photo. No towels in room, arrived after asking. When coming home in the evening (not late) no lights on from the road. Pitch black Would be ideal to have some lighting especially opening the gate and managing the few steps. Restaurant on site no one seemed to use this, looked un used, able to get buy drinks at times

It was a good place for the price.

It was close to Mushroom Bay and plenty of of places to eat.

Just the fact we had a padlock to lock the front door on leaving. And out door Bathroom had trouble in locking that.

You get what you pay for

Pool was lovely,room was okay

The staff were never there! We had to call each time, and wait about 10-15 min. We rented a scooter and the staff couldn’t speak English or didn’t have anyone to explain how to use it. Overall it was okay but annoying having to call them every time we need something

Beautiful but desperately needs attention to detail.

The accommodation is located in a very central spot, it has SO much potential but seems a bit tired and not seen to. The lovely lady from the warung helped as much as she could, and made delicious food!

The bathrooms had cockroaches and weren’t very clean. The villas were a bit dusty and the towels were old with stains. No one was at reception to assist with anything.

Location is great, close to restaurants and the beach.

Our rooms were not clean, no house keeping and we were supposed to be there for 4 weeks. Bedding was stained and dirty as was the towels and pillows! Netting around beds was filthy and bathrooms were dirty too. We had no hot water during stay and it was very hard to try and get clean bedding. Cockroaches in bathroom and in bed at times!! We also had several power outages that lasted for several hours. We understand that this was due to power on the island but friends close by never lost power once. It was far too hot to sleep with no power etc There is so much potential here but it just seems a little unloved. It would probably be more suited to short stays. We ended up leaving early. Our experience was very different from what is advertised!

Very charming, lovely swimming pool with plenty of greenery on site. Air con was great. Staff helpful

The door to my room wouldn’t close let alone lock. I asked to fix and they wouldn’t. I asked to move rooms they wouldn’t Sheets had tattoo ink stains Staff were rude and not helpful I checked out and didn’t stay the night

Good little Villas in a great spot

The pool was a good size for the amount of guests staying at the villas. The villa was quite roomy & the open bathroom was a great size. Location was excellent, close to all restaurants, bars & shops.

Locking the entry & bathroom doors was a bit of of a problem in most rooms & needed some work on them as the many gaps in them let a large amount of mosquitoes in at night time. There was a mosquito net over the bed that helped with the door problems.

Comfortable and relaxing

Staff very friendly and helpful - helped us organised boat to Nusa Penida. Rooms are very clean and comfortable! Pool area is also very relaxing. Only a short 10 minute walk to mushroom bay beach. Also a short walking distance to dream beach and devils tears.

Swimming pool was fine. Spacious huts with a fridge.

Towels looked old and dirty and were not changed during our stay. Cockroach in one of the showers. It's in the middle of the island so you have to travel when going to the beach or restaurants. Many beach clubs offer free pick-up though.

The villas were beautiful and private, the pool area was lovely to chill around & the pool was cleaned of debris daily. Close to the restaurants and by far my favourite hotel on our trip.

The only negative is that the staff pester you a lot about where you are going and what your doing, trying to convince you to cancel your ferry booking for a “cheaper price”. As well as this there didn’t seem to be many people around when you needed them to ask questions or book transport etc
