The room was fine but the managers were challenging to deal with and didn't seem inclined to help.

Staff weren't around very often, and when they were the managers were quick to defer any issues as if they weren't really a problem (power outages, miscommunication about breakfast etc.)

Comfortable and welcoming.

The staff were the highlight of the stay. That and the very comfortable bed. Location is central to that part of the island 🏝️ Short walk to the beach club. And away from the hustle and bustle - it was lovely.

Highlight of our Bali trip was staying here

It was excellent. Huts were great, comfy bed, big TV. The grounds were kept immaculate, breakfast was yummy. Staff were awesome. Highly recommend this property.

The only thing would be to install rubber strip's around the door jams to ensure mozies don't get in. We didn't have this happen, but the potential is there.

Perfect stay! Do not miss it

Super clean bungalows and beautiful green area with the swimming pool! The location was perfect to move around with the scooter. Calm area and the stuff were helpful whatever we requested. We even booked an extra night. Will come back for sure and recommend it to everyone

Stay here if you are in Nusa Lembongan, you will not be disappointed

This place is just wow. From the moment we walked in, greeted by the most friendly staff, we were blown away, and within 30 minutes of being there we had cancelled one night in Ubud for an extra night here. The huts are really clean, the pool is great, and the location to restaurants, devils tear and a lovely sunset is perfect. They clean and turn down your bed every day which is a bonus, and overall we will come back to Bali and stay in this place. Can’t recommend it enough.

Wow! Look no further on Nusa Lembognan NITIS huts is a beautiful family run business who take pride in the beautiful grounds, pool area and the very spacious new huts. I’m very fussy and the bedding was spotless the bathroom exceptionally clean, and the room was big enough for a party! Love the fact that there was a large smart TV with Netflix etc & a very large comfortable bed. A very big thank you to the boys that cleaned our room every day with the turndown service late afternoon including a quick spray for mosquitoes. The property is very close to dream Beach just a five minute walk and to Devil‘s tear which was beautiful for sunset and to watch the waves crash up against the rocks. I made good use of their families massage spa just outside the front entrance. Best $15 massages Ive had in a long time.

Best place in South East Asia!

One of my favourite places in South East Asia! The room was beautiful, with a bathroom bigger than some hotel rooms! The staff here were so lovely and welcoming and we were able to rent bikes from them at a great price! Kadek was so lovely and had such a kind heart and really couldn’t do enough for us. We were so sad to leave but are definitely looking forward to returning to the Niti Hut’s. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Awesome place to stay in Lembongan very close to dream beach The huts were very spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows all the linen on the beds were very nice and good towels Plenty of places to eat in walking distance including mushroom bay The grounds and swimming pool are very well maintained Breakfast is very reasonably priced and you get a big breakfast not multiple choices but what you get is great value I would highly recommend you try this place you won’t be disappointed

Perfect

Beautifully clean, spacious and well appointed villas. Walking distance to Dream Beach, Devil's Tears, shops and local eating spots. The staff were incredibly friendly and attended to all needs. Breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious, especially the pancakes! Highly recommend these villas.

Nothing at all. The only negative was when I arranged pickup from my other accomodation on Lembongan and the staff arrived on motorbikes being inadequate to carry two people as well as several pieces of luggage. This was only due to a communication breakdown more than anything else and the staff were very apologetic.

A dream-like paradise in Nusa Lembongan <3

EVERYTHING was great at Niti Huts! The room is huge, clean, and the turn-down service is a real plus! They also provide free drinking water, which is a blessing. Bathrooms are enormous, and unique - the experience of using one under the open sky is something else, loved it :D Breakfast is good too - includes juice, fresh fruit, and tea/coffee along with a main meal - which is a rarity. The pool is nice and very clean. The staff is exceptionally nice and kind, and the owners are the loveliest people I've met. You can also rent a scooter at a very reasonable rate and they also arrange snorkelling trips for you. Neighbourhood is nice too, with many restaurants and warungs around. We loved our stay so much, we extended it! Thank you Niti's!

Over all it was great and we would come back without a doubt!

The confort , peace , food, location everything about it was great . It was like being in a wellness zone. The staff was lovely and the place was relaxing and well looked after. We loved staying there. We would come back.

The pool had a very strong product in it (bleach or chloride) which was too strong on the kids skin , hair and eyes. They were in the water for short periods of time as we were out most of the time, but we were a bit concerned about that. I understand they need to keep the water clean and that is appreciated but the products were too strong. We would have liked for the pool to be opened and its lights to be on after 8:30pm which, if the water problem is resolved it would be a nice thing to have.

Relaxing, wonderful location - we will stay here again!

The location was perfect, staff super helpful and kind, free breakfast delicious. They had scooters to rent at a very reasonable rate and a massage place right there. Short walk to dinner at Sandy Bay Beach Club. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we got to our boat on time when our booked taxi didn’t arrive. We can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful, relaxing stay. I hope to come back again!

Perfect location and staff

Staff is really amazing. Location is really close to dream beach and an amazing beach club Sandy Bay what is really suitable for kids of all age. There is a spa and you can book activities and scooters there. When I was sick on the last day they really helped us and gave us good tips for sickness. Thank you for our stay

Fabulous! Outstanding accommodation.

There is nothing that you can dislike - amazing accommodation. The hosts could not do more for you, welcomed like family. Fantastic location with 2 gorgeous beaches 2 mins away - lots of places to eat & drink. The huts were wonderful - tea/coffee water provided. Bathroom was great & the whole property so clean, the best we had stayed in. It was the little things - the lighting - lovely terrace overlooking the extremely well maintained garden. Will definitely be returning if we are ever back on Lembongan.

Best relaxing hotel in lembongan island.

Staff at these villas are the best. They are very respectful and discreet and they take extra special care of you. The villas are quiet and beautifully clean. The pool is a good size and very well maintained. The massage space attached has some of the best massages in the island. The shop across tge toad stocks everything you need and the staff are lovely. Local warungs are superb too. I loved my stay so much i cut my.other plans and stayed 18 days as a personal health retreat.

Relaxed and comfy stay in a beautiful spot

Beds and pillows were very comfy. Was clean. Breakfast was excellent (highly recommend the banana pancakes). Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Pool was good, very warm. Only a few minute walk to Dream Beach. Has a small store just across the road for any drinks and snacks you need.

Was worried about the hut having some gaps in it (around the doors, and some of the timber joins) letting mosquitoes and bugs in. This wasn’t a problem, didn’t have any in the room. Mosquito net was supplied and set up beautifully each night when the beds were turned down for us.

Incredibly beautiful hotel. Great pool, room, garden and other facilities. LOVED the outdoor bathroom. Best part was the KINDNESS of the owners. Thank you Kadek and Ketut. Best hotel in all of Bali and Lembongan. 2 minutes walk to Dream Beach and Devils Tears. Highly recommended.
