I really recommend this place.

People and dogs, nice location, only three minutes walk to the beach. The beach is very nice for swimming. The breakfast was good-i suggest banana pancakes.

Excellent stay, wonderful hosts

Perdana Homestay gave us a great holiday. I can away from there feeling absolutely refreshed, relaxed and happy to have met such lovely hosts. The location was only a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. And the pool was large enough for me to do laps, although a bit warm due to the tropical conditions. But the beach water provided a nice cool swim. Breakfast was excellent and filled me up enough. But keep in mind the roads/pathways in the area are pretty rough.

Typical of many countries in this region, litter being dropped here and there wasn't pleasant to see but after a few days I was used to it.

Excellent place for Mushroom Bay

A small family Homestay that justifiably attracts many return guests. It's 50m up the track from the end of Mushroom Bay, small clean pool, beautifully maintained grounds. Decent breakfast, Tiwi speaks good English. Our room was comfortable and things worked. (one of our party had a problem with Aircon, they attended to it straight away). We would put Perdana unhesitatingly at the top of our list for a return visit to Lembongan.

An amazing stay with kind owners and a beautiful property.

The huts are very nice, with lovely surroundings that make it a very enjoyable place to stay. The owners and staff are very friendly and hospitable, helping us with any needs and organising travel and trips when we needed. The breakfast included was also home cooked and tasty.

Beautiful Place 🩷

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is excellent—just a 1-minute walk from Mushroom Beach. It’s peaceful, and the cleanliness really stood out. The small details made a big difference, like the bathroom amenities and the fridge in the room. But what I appreciated the most was the warmth of the family and the sweet company of their lovely dogs. They truly made my stay a beautiful and memorable experience.

Lovely home stay with a wonderful family just behind the beach

Relaxed vibe away from the bustle of the beach and Main Street. Tiwi and her family were wonderful hosts, providing an overview of sights and activities on the island upon arrival.

Highly Recommend

The location to Mushroom Bay is about a 30 second walk down the path and you are on the sand - the water is warm and inviting There are restaurants & warungs along the shore line A short walk off the beach in the street there are more cafes, warungs, restaurants and spa's.. The owners are so welcoming and so helpful, they organised bike hire, a boat trip.over to Jungut Batu, the transfer back to our Rocky Cruise. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Such lovely, lovely people. The breakfast included in our stay was also a wonderful way to start the day - a choice of pancakes, toast, eggs, with fruit and tea or coffee The rooms were so clean and attended to everyday. The pool is great after a visit to the beach The gardens are lovely and so peaceful.

Good value for money close to Mushroom Beach on a quiet lane

Our second stay at this quiet family run homestay just a short stroll to beautiful Mushroom Beach. The 2 friendly dogs Teddy & Gomer became our companions once again, Teddy loved escorting us to restaurants & the beach and waiting patiently for us to finish before walking us back home again.

Pool water was a bit warm (Oct is a hot month on Lembongan) but the beach is nearby for a refreshing swim. Our AC struggled a bit in the heat and then died completely late one night, it was promptly fixed the next morning which was appreciated. Hot water is a bit hit and miss but we find that’s an issue all over the islands.

Lovely clean rooms in a beautiful homestay situated 2 seconds from Mushroom Bay (and 10 mins from hidden beach which is by far the best on the island!!). Great breakfast included. Lovely swimming pool and lots of loungers. Cuta and the staff couldn't do enough for us, he even met us from the boat and brought our bags! Lovely refreshing welcome drink aswell! Rooms are well equipped with great AC and mini fridges. Easy to rent scooters to get around and can also arrange snorkeling/diving/massage at the property. The cutest dogs, Goma and Teddy, love to hang out with you aswell. Honestly made our stay! We didn't want to leave 😪

Great propery, great price needs a more sealed room

Pool, beach and free breakfast. The hosts were so nice and helped with everything including luggage and setting up tours. For the price and location you really cant beat it.

I had a little cottage, so while it was bigger the screens in the bathroom werent properly netted so some mosquitos got in everyday. I felt like i had to stay under my mosquito net on my bed while in the room which made it feel a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing family run homestay in a superb location. Beautiful cooked breakfast (the vegetable omelette and the banana and honey pancakes are the best). Two beautiful little dogs, Teddy and Goma, to keep you company if you miss your own fur baby. Lovely peaceful setting with beautiful gardens (pick your own fresh water apple and guava)

Wonderful stay.

Close proximity to Mushroom bay. The owners Tiwi and her family are such beautiful people and make your stay so enjoyable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for accomodation just back off the beach.

Here is a small, friendly, clean, family run homestay close to the beach but not on top of everyone.

I usually look for a small, friendly, family run homestay and Gede and Tiwi provided exactly that. We had a bungalow type room facing the very clean pool. Loved that this homestay was just a 50m walk to the beach rather than on the beach so we could get away from the crowd. Room service was available to eat sitting at the little deck of our room. Otherwise, food places on the beach and around. Without any pressure, our hosts helped organize snorkeling, the boat back to Sanur etc...

Everything suited us. The bungalow bathroom roof has a ceiling that partially opens to the outside. I didn't notice any insects in our room but there is a mozzie bed net just in case.

Wonderful staff , a fabulous place to stay.

Everyone who works here are the most lovely and helpful people. Set in a quiet location only a stone’s throw away from the main beach. Lovely little’cottages’ with a balcony overlooking the excellent pool and gardens. Good food available. Two adorable dogs who will want to be your roommates! A joy to stay here, highly recommended.

Friendly, Quiet, Clean and Comfortable.

I loved everything about this place. The family that own it are so friendly. I stayed in one of the bungalows and it was quiet and cosy, looking out over the pool. The location was great, a two minute walk down to Mushroom Beach for easy access to restaurants. A ten minute walk to great spots for sunsets. My favourite part, their two dogs Goma and Teddy - they will go on walks with you and be your unofficial tour guide, and will come down to Mushroom Beach restaurants for dinner with you too!

For me, the mattress was a bit too firm, however that wouldn't prevent me staying there again.

Family run, very close to clean beach and many food options.

Lovely location a short walk of around 30 metres to Mushroom beach. Two very friendly small dogs that welcomed guests and even took you for walks. The family was very nice, especially helpful. We ate there and were very impressed also..Mosquito nets were a nice touch over the large comfortable bed. Definitely a great place to stay.

The place is absolutely beautiful and the staff are excellent. We had the greatest time there just doing nothing. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. They also have the nicest 2 dogs who make you feel more than welcome

Amazing budget accommodation close to the best beach area on Lembongan

Perdana is run by the most wonderful, hospitable, local family. The pool was a welcome addition to the homestay. It's a brief walk to what we think is the best beach on Lembongan.

The beds could've been more comfortable, but the accommodation was such excellent value-for-money that this wasn't a big issue for us.

Peaceful home

Super close (2 min) away from the Mushroom beach. The hotel property is well taking care of. Our room was clean and comfortable with nice bed. The staff were super friendly and kind. We felt at home in that hotel. The vibe was peaceful and pleasant. I love two small dogs who live in that hotel property.

Breakfast was all you needed and the location was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for me. The bed was comfortable and large. The property dogs - goma and teddy were so lovely. I will be back.

Great location and friendly staff

The staff were fantastic. They helped with tickets both arrival and departure, hiring of scooters and tips around the island. They picked us up at the beach and walked us to the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool and the cute dogs. Breakfast was good and better than most places we have stayed so far. Kids loved the pancakes! Thank you for a wonderful stay

Such a cosy place ran by the sweetest people

The bungalow was so cosy and the whole place felt like home! The location was perfect as well. Thanks to Tiwi’s tips and Gede’s scooter rental, we really enjoyed our time on the island and wished we could’ve stayed longer.

A home away from home!

The family that run this home they are absolutely incredible. They were incredibly kind, and helped us arrange everything we needed on the island, including a scooter and transport of our bags to our next destination. The value for money is unheard of, and the location just down the beach makes it a snap to get to when you jump off the boat. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Perdana Homestay is an family owned and loved Oasis minutes from the beach

the standout at this beautiful little oasis, is the family that own and run Perdana. They are so welcoming and helpful. Gede met us on the beach and brought our bags up for us which was very helpful as the walk is pretty steep for an over 60 year old! We had the wooden luxury cabins and they were gorgeous, the pool was amazing also. They have their own restuarant and it is beautiful balinese food. also do a few western meals and they are fabulous! the onion rings are to die for! My daughter got sick there unfortunately at another restuarant, and Gede and Tiwi looked after her with home remedies. Such a lovely and beautiful vibe here.

the only downfall for me was the track leading up from the beach. it was in bad need of repair and quite steep. That is the only thing and not the homestays fault anyway. Try to Natural spa across the road for a massage!

A little haven of peace and quiet just 50m from the beach at Mushroom Bay.

Stayed here with our son for 3 nights. Rooms set in a tranquil garden with a lovely pool. We had one double and one deluxe double room. Tiwi and her family were very friendly and helpful and provided simple but tasty food for breakfast and lunch. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we appreciated the addition of mosquito nets around the bed.
