Easy, and very welcoming.

The owners are very friendly, they will help you with anything, they were extremely flexible to accommodate my special breakfast times due to my diving schedules. The internet is strong and stable enough to work remotely. I did so for over a week with little to no issues.

Two lovely local hosts who have a beautiful cottage home stay and make you feel like special guests.

Lucky Cottage is nestled in a beautiful garden that is very relaxing and well maintained by the hosts. The short walk to the beach was complemented by the privacy of the location, you felt like you had your own beautiful garden cottage. The local hosts Daisy and Wibawa were very attentive to any need and question or plan, and made for the most enjoyable stay. They both learned our favourite breakfast order and planned breakfast to perfection to start our day with a smile.

Inexpensive and easy access to beach

Location is really central. Super easy to walk to beaches. They were incredibly friendly and helped booked a snorkel tour. The tour itinerary was not conveyed clearly and the captain could not communicate with us. They were also really helpful in providing early breakfast for the tour.

Room smelled musty. I think the AC needed maintenance as it was incredibly warm in our room. We ended up switching hotel after 1 night.

Amazing, exactly like pictures, staff made the stay

Everything. So clean, bright, big inside, beautiful outside. The couple that owns and runs it were amazing as well and so kind. They were like our island parents. Arranged all of our transportation for us from Ubud right to their doorstep and from there to our next destination. Very fair prices on everything. Helped us with renting motorbikes, choosing tours, and recommendations of restaurants. It was absolutely perfect in every way for our stay. Mushroom bay is beautiful and we’re so glad we stayed in this area. Close to everything!!

Literally nothing. Only That we had to leave. We even tried to stay an extra night but they were sold out. One more pillow per person in the bed would make it 11/10.

The perfect spot to start our holiday, great hosts, accommodations

The breakfast was simple but very good, the location is very close to the beach probably a 2-3 minute walk, pool was small but good, a short walk (3-4 minutes) and you are on the main road with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Great place for a short stay!

The place is good! People there are very nice and helpful. It was clean. The breakfast is okay. The location is great, very convenient. The helped us with the transfer from our hotel in Bali as well.

We were unlucky with the neighbors from the other hotel so we couldn’t sleep till late and then they woke us up earlier than we wanted. It doesn’t make the Lucky Cottage worse, it is a good place, but just to be aware of.

Hidden Gem on Mushroom Bay!!

What a place! Fantastic location. Quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to Mushroom bay. Very clean rooms. Cold pool. Great breakfast. Beautiful family run business. Nothing was a problem. Daisy and her family were so welcoming. It was home away from home. Relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Regular visitor to Lembongan. Will definitely return here!

Everyone was very Friendly and so accomodating they helped book us a snorkelling tour took us to meet the captain even did the breakfast service early so we wouldn’t miss the tour Always welcoming and happy

Fantastic, like staying with family.

Always a pleasure to stay with Dessy and Kadek and their wonderful family. Lucky COttage has an excellent location (2 min to Mushroom Bay, the beach, restaurants ...) in a quiet spot. You can rent a scooter or hitch a ride with a 'taxi' to other parts of the island(s). Questions about what to do, where to get a massage, ... they'll help you. Breakfast is basic and nice, freshly catered to your wishes. The rooms are kept spotless. It's just the best place to come and relax and enjoy Nusa Lembongan/Ceningan/Penida as much as possible.

Peaceful homely stay

Great location by mushroom beach, desk and cadek where absolute legends, so friendly and helpful! Made a great breakfast every morning! Rooms were nice and quiet, really homely and comfy beds! Good WiFi as well 👍 also they had a kettle and fridge which was handy!

A home away from home, the most lovely place to stay!

Staying at Lucky Cottage was like being with family. Desi and Kadek are so professional and nice, they really made our stay extra special. Would recommend everyone to stay here. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Mushroom Bay, where you arrive by boat. The bay has a gorgeous white sand beach, lovely restaurants. Scooters are available if you want to tour the island. And for literally anything else, even the recipe for banana pancakes: just ask the owners! We hope to be back soon.

Perfect place to stay near Mushroom Bay

We loved our stay at the Lucky Cottage. The owners Kadek and Dessy went above and beyond for us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They were extremely accomodating and possibly the friendliness and most welcoming people we’ve ever met in Bali. They organised a snorkelling trip for us, arranged our laundry and organised a motorbike for us to rent. There was no request that was too difficult for them to meet and they were genuinely happy to help. The rooms are great, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. We loved the pool and it was a very relaxing place to stay. We would definitely stay again :) We truly believe the service was better than a five star hotel.

The bungalows were very spacious and comfortable with Aircon and a fridge. It is located in a very quiet area, 3 minutes walking from the Mushroom beach. The owners were very friendly providing us with everything we need. There is also a complementary breakfast which you can choose your menu.

The road to the property is a bit bumpy but it is totally fine to reach even by motorcycle.

We had a great time at Lucky Cottage. The owners are exceptionally hospitable and helpful. You can feel that they put their whole heart into running this place. Very comfortable and big enough rooms with a nice bathroom. Shower with good water pressure. You can also relax on the veranda and listen to the birds. Our children were delighted with the swimming pool. The wifi is really good, fast enough and stable. Mushroom Beach is a 7 minutes walk. It’s worth going there for a sunset! We also rented a scooter at Lucky for a good price and explored the island. And last but not least: banana pancake was delicious!! And we tried many all over Bali. These were perfect! Matura Suksma!

A wonderful stay in a lovely property.

The Lucky Cottage is a quaint and relaxed place to base yourself during a Nusa Lembongan stay. The cabins are clean, well maintained and very cute. The staff were very accommodating and helpful at all times, and we loved the family vibe of this small but comfortable place.

The property is a little bit off the beaten track, so it is best to hire motorbikes for transport.

Absolutely brilliant stay! The room is fantastic value for money, located close to Mushroom Bay and in a really calm, quiet area but it’s still only a short walk to lots of restaurants. The owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming. They gave us lots of information, organised our snorkelling trip, made vegan banana pancakes for us and gave us lifts to the yellow bridge twice. We cannot recommend it enough! There are only 4 rooms so you will be well looked after.

Loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay at The Lucky Cottage! The location is super convenient and only within a couple of minutes walk to Mushroom Bay where you will find lots of restaurants. To explore the rest of the island we rented a scooter from Desi and Kadek and this was a great way to do some sightseeing and visit Nusa Ceningan. Desi and Kadek were very helpful and had lots of tips for the area. The cottage was very comfortable, spaceous and clean. As The Lucky Cottage is located a bit outside of Mushroom Bay, the area is very quiet so a good sleep is guaranteed.

I couldn’t recommend more the lucky cottage. Desy and Kadek went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I really felt home during my stay and they gave me great tips to make the most of the island. The service is complete: smooth transfer from and to the hotel, activity booking, delicious options for breakfast, restaurant recommendations, always making sure you have all you need I was really sad to leave but I already plan to come back

Such a nice place managed by such beautiful people. The location is so good, just 5 minutes away from Mushroom beach and the main road, so is so quiet although you’re near everything. The rooms are spacious, big bathroom aswell with hot water. Comfy bed, small refrigerator, working AC and fan, with two chairs on the porch to enjoy the outside, so full of plants and flowers. The couple that manages it are so nice, they try to help you with whatever they can, always with a smile on their faces. Breakfast is so good aswell, with different choices from pancakes, bread toast, eggs in different styles… All in all, a perfect place to stay during your trip in Nusa Lembongan.

Simple but fantastic stay in Lembongan

This accomodation truly felt like a home. Dessy and Kadek have a lovely family and help you with everything. For example drive you to restaurants when you don’t want to drive the scooter yourself. They also help you with all the go to places and organize very nice tours, for example snorkeling and a scooter tour over Lembongan and Ceningan. The accomodation is close to mushroom beach (great coffee spot there) sunset point, devils tear and sandy bay. If you’re looking for a simple but authentic, caring and small accomodation with nice people this is your place. Cottage was perfect as well as the bed and the small pool. I’d definitely go back when I’m in Indonesia, best accomodation I’ve been in so far during my holidays here. I travelled alone but it never felt alone. Thank you and hope to see you again!!

Perfect 4 nights on Lembongan

Desi and Kadek are amazing hosts and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The location itself is several minutes away from the Mashroom Bay where you can swim, get a boat tour and select from various restaurants. We also rented the scooter to get to other parts of the island. Air conditioner in the house was perfect! And a beautiful garden to enjoy during breakfast. Desi's breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip.
