The location and staff were great. Good value. A lovely place to stay.

The view was amazing (from the local temple to the extensive ocean views). We got a relaxing cooling gentle breeze across our balcony and it was so private. We could hear (softly) the background movement of others close by. It was very relaxing and we felt at home with both our fellow residence and personnel. The menu was amazing (particularly the fusion 'chicken with saute vegetables') - we had it more than once and they were the best meals we have had in Bali and Asia for many months.

A little more attention at times could have be had to refreshing the room as we were there for around 9 days overall. But on viewing other options on the island I think you would be hard pressed to beat value for money.

The view was beautiful. It was clean. Hospitality of the host was excellent.

We loved the villa, loved the pool, swing. The hosts were kind. Breakfast was good. Short stroll to Nick’s place which has amazing ribs. Close to minimarts for essentials.

The view is phenomenal. The place is like a retreat from any hustle of the other areas. The pool is great and the grounds are clean and well maintained

There are some maintenance issues that seem to have been a problem for a while. For us, the toilet seat was loose and would slip off, the drain in the shower is blocked

Amazing views, great location

The views from the rooms are simply breathtaking! The location was easy walking distance to all the main attractions on the island. Very peaceful! The room was bright, spacious and very comfortable. Run by a lovely local family.

Great rooms, great pool, lovely views. Could be AMAZING with a few tweaks

Great location, close to everything. The family room was great when staying with kids. The TV was a bonus and the internet was a good speed. The view is very lovely and the pool was excellent.

The drain on our shower was blocked so the bathroom flooded constantly. Although our beds were made daily by the lady there she didn’t clean the bathroom or empty the bins once during our stay… we were there for 10 days. I obviously did it myself but I thought it was odd. I also had to ask for fresh towels half way through as these were not changed. The air conditioner in the children’s room was rubbish! Does not work properly so they had some uncomfortable night. The lady there is lovely but doesn’t speak a word of English. This is absolutely fine but doesn’t make it tricky when you are trying to ask for things or explain something. Just to be clear we are returning to this property again so the above is just honest feedback and a heads up to other travellers.

Beautiful view. Facilities need some care.

View is amazing. Wifi worked great. Great soundproofing, there was a festival on which was very noisy but wasn’t too bad in the room. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great.

Food facilities were not very clean. The breakfast options were not great, we only had the breakfast once as it wasn’t the best. We had two rooms and both kettles were not usable due to them being very dirty with the base of the kettle decomposing. Welcoming drinks had bits of dirt in it. I wouldn’t use the straws, they were very dirty. Pool was not the cleanest. We had to ask for water, toilet paper and towels when we needed it but staff were sometimes difficult to find (although staff were very lovely)

Amazing views, lovely locally run accommodation- highly recommend!

We were very impressed with this accommodation! Lovely spacious clean rooms - newly painted too! Beautiful views from bed with the curtains open, nice little balcony. Great pool area with a view of-clean pool! Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains are great, safe for use, little fridge in room with mini bar (bintang, coke/sprite and waters), kettle with tea/coffee was a nice touch. Great air conditioning. The location was perfect for us - near the main road (which is still a small road) so easy to access everywhere on the island and Ceningan. Spacious parking for scooters. The hotel is run by a local family who are all so lovely! The dad has a scooter business too and delivered a scooter for us to rent for the time. They organised a taxi for us to the boat also - fair prices. We were able to leave our luggage with them when we checked out so we could head off for the day-felt super safe! We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for good, budget friendly accommodation this honestly ticks all the boxes.

Clean, Idyllic, good views and friendly staff

Amazing views and great aircon 😍 Very spacious and clean, we loved the pool too. The host was very friendly and generous, she was willing to help wherever.

Just a few thing's could have been added just to make it even better like a main bin, cutlery, more soap and extra toilet roll. Just small improvements ☺️

Great pool and comfy bed, hired scooters from reception. We have stayed there before and the staff remembered us and looked after us well :) The view from our balcony is just amazing!

Other than the steep steps to get the Deluxe Grand View room, it was still worth it for the BEST view in Lembongan!

Lovely room with excellent view. Breakfast was great but staff needed to asked twice to change towels and never replaced coffee and tea. Generally was a good stay.

Stunning views!

Location on top of the hill is amazing with views out to sea - absolutely stunning! You get what you pay for. We stayed in the older part of building.

Doors did not close properly, needs to state that only 4 can fit and not 6 as requested. Owner was happy to bring in two more mattresses for the kids at an extra cost so that was handy. Air con doesn’t work so well but still enough to keep you comfortable.

The pool and the view! Also the staff were amazing, so friendly and kind. Would recommend anyone visiting to go here if they’re looking for a hostel. Very calm and relaxing

The hostel bathrooms need a bit of improvement, just a bit tired as shower throws water at the wall instead of downwards and some doors don’t lock

Pleasant

The view from the room was beautiful, the room was clean and pool was nice and so were the staff. It was a good location about 15-20 minutes walk to Mushroom Bay and Yellow Bridge and about 30 minutes to the boat harbour and the Main Street and restaurants. The massages I had were good and handy that they were on the property.

There was no tv in the room as stated on the website, the door was very hard to open and close, the shower didn’t drain properly and the fridge made loud noises all night. The breakfast was nice enough but I asked for a glass of water as you think that would be included when you have paid for breakfast but then I got charged for a bottle, they offered no water in the room either. I got quoted 50k for a taxi to the Harbour the day before I left and then when I was about to leave they changed the price to 150k, it’s takes not even 5 minutes in a car, so I walked there with my suitcase in 15, it’s all down hill.

If you are comfortable with driving motorbike this is excellent but we thought it was hard with all the traffic so decided to walk instead and its a 15 min walk to muchroom beach. But with motorbike you are close to everything

Not worth the money

There were so many ants in the room, the shower ran out of hot water before two of us could shower, on the last 2 days we had no hot water at all. It’s not very clean, Housekeeping only consists of making the bed and sweeping. Bins were not emptied, towels not changed even after being left on the floor, the staff just chucked them on the sofa. Sofa covered in bird poo but it’s indoors, toilet roll not replaced, bathroom not cleaned. The fridge was mouldy. Some maintenance issues such as the TV not working, bathroom door doesn’t shut, balcony door doesn’t open fully, fan doesn’t work. The room is very loud (close to a speaker which had prayers from 4am - 11am one day which you can hear quite loudly, creaking, pipe noises, loud fridge). WiFi is awful. We emptied the mini fridge to put our own stuff in and returned to the room with our water thrown away & their stuff in the fridge again. Our rubbish was thrown down the back of the hotel instead of binned properly. Far to expensive for what you get.

Great place for the price but a little let down by staff

The pool lounges were dirty, there was a massive language barrier with the staff which made it difficult. Our friend left her passport at the hotel and the staff wouldn’t cooperate and were very rude trying to organise to get the passport back, would change prices of there taxis and overall not very welcoming

have some serious issues that we have been experiencing in our hotel room. These issues have caused us great discomfort and we feel they are not reflective of the level of service and quality that your hotel claims to provide. Firstly, the shower in our room has been functioning poorly and the water is not draining properly. Additionally, the sink in our room is also not draining properly. As a result, it is impossible to use either the shower or the sink without the water accumulating. In addition to this, the bathroom ceiling is covered in mold and has a very strong, unpleasant odor. Furthermore, there are large cracks and plaster falling from the walls in the bedroom. We expected a high level of cleanliness and comfort from your hotel, and we are disappointed that these problems have not been addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

the infinity pool was amazing and the bedroom was cleaned everyday day staff were really helpful and knowledge about the area staff also provided lifts on scooters for a small fee of 50K you can rent scooters from them but I like a bintang so was safer to get lifts :)
