BIG LUX BEACHCITY FREE PARKiNG

Wonderful apartment - big rooms and everything was very clean and well maintained! The host was wonderful - gave us recommendations and even a metro card to go around! 10/10 recommend

We were in Bilbao during an exceptionally hot weekend and unfortunately the fans were not enough to cool down the rooms.

De host is erg aardig en geeft veel informatie. Er lag een vers brood/eieren/boter/melk en koffiecups in het appartement. De host overhandigd de sleutels persoonlijk. Mooi ruim appartement in een mooi onderhouden gebouw. De parkeergarage bevindt zich schuin onder het appartement, de parkeerplek is gratis.

Er is geen airco, wel ventilatoren. Het balkon is een soort van binnenplaats waar eigenlijk alleen wasgoed wordt opgehangen door alle buren die in het gebouw wonen.

El calor y la humedad 🤣

Jabi, the host, was the nicest person on Earth. He let us check-in early and check-out late without any issues. He gave us tips and was very responsive. He even collected me from the airport. And all that for free. He left us milk, eggs, amazing sourdough bread, coffee, water, oil, spices, even a large piece of brownie. It was hugely appreciated. Location was very good. Short walk to the museum on the other side of the river. 5 minutes walk to metro. Residential area with local people, local bars, local bakeries etc. Supermarket 1 minute away. The size of the flat is great and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Two bathrooms with good showers. We really loved it here.

There's only one thing I didn't like and that's why I'm not giving it top rating. It says it has got a balcony, but this is an overstatement. There is some space that you could call a balcony, but it is super tiny and all the people in the block are using it to dry their laundry. No space to sit plus you would not want to sit there anyway. The flat is on the first floor and all the balconies are facing each other, meaning you can't even see the sky. The smell of drains and laundry is not very pleasant either. It was very hot and there was no air-conditioning but there are two good fans in the apartment.
