It was exactly like the pictures. Everything was perfectly clean and the amenities (kitchen utensiles, hairdryer, etc) were very useful.

Nice, modern apartment with plenty of space (2 double bedrooms + 1 sofa bed).
Wonderful river view.
Quiet area near Athletic Bilbao’s stadium. I’m not sure how noisy it gets on match days, but the windows provide excellent sound insulation.
Kitchen equipped with all the appliances needed to cook meals.
Washing machine available. we didn’t use it, but it can be very handy if you’re staying for several days.
The kitchen cleaning could be better. The extractor fan was quite greasy, and we found some plates and utensils with food residues. Fortunately, the rest of the apartment (bedrooms, bathroom, etc.) was very clean.

Apartment with a very nice view, comfortable rooms, useful interior. The location is quiet (although I don't know about it during football matches), and the place is easily accessible by public transport.
The kitchen is barely equipped, it would be worth adding a few more appliances. The kitchen cupboards were not cleaned.

Clean and well located. No cover on the duvet just a sheet above and below a little different to usual practice
The way you had to go to a building management company to get the keys even though it was only codes to get into that building some 25 minutes away from property. We didn’t get them as I had asked for them to be sent to my friend’s email as I had no access to mine as my phone etc had been stolen. A strange city at midnight and no way to get into the apartment was bad and we had to book into a hotel
