Casa spaziosa, ubicata in una calle sulla Gran Via, a ridosso di un bellissimo parco. Facile raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi di interesse o andare a passeggio.
L'appartamento è al pian terreno e la finestra del bagno all'ingresso si affaccia su un intercapedine tra i palazzi. Non essendoci le zanzariere, è pieno di zanzare.

It's incredibly well located, walking distance to the Guggenheim museum and Sant Mames stadium, surrounded by beautiful sights and parks, allowing for a nice stroll next to the river. The property is nicely maintained and very well equipped.
There is no aircon in the property, and leaving the windows open, being a ground floor flat, can be quite loud, as you can hear everything that's happening outside, which can be quite a lot, being located in such a well placed location.

Die zentrale Lage die sehr gut mit dem BUS erreichbar ist. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut einschl. Waschmaschine
Durch die Lage wurden wir von den jugendlichen Fussballfans oder Feiernde bis in die Morgenstunden gestört die laut gegrölt und gesprochen haben.
