The property was very clean, and both the room and bathroom were top-notch.
The owner was extremely friendly, supportive, and responsive throughout our stay. We were driving from San Sebastián and got delayed, arriving around 12 AM, but the owner was incredibly accommodating and helped us with every request despite the late hour. Their hospitality made our arrival smooth and stress-free.
Parking needs to be well defined, rest was perfect.

This is a great apartment for a stay in Bilbao. All the interesting spots are within walking distance (10 to 25 minutes). The two main bedrooms are nice, and the bathrooms met our expectations. This was especially good as we had hot water with a good pressure. Although the street in front of the apartment is busy, it was quite peaceful at night.
The name of the apartment is misleading. "Guggenheim City Center 115m 3 HAB 2 BAÑOS"
- The Guggenheim museum is more than 15 minutes walking distance away
- 115m: Whatever it should mean, but it does not mean that the aprtment has 115m³ because according the plan on the door it has only around 62 m³
- There is a third "bedroom" but it is so small that only a little child can stay there

Apartment was clean amd comfortable and location was good. Apartment had 2 bathrooms and lots of area which is great
