В двух спальнях, которые выходят на улицу, ночью в выходные дни было очень-очень шумно. За даа дня до заезда, когда бронь было уже не отменить, хотели уменьшить количество проживающих с 6 на 4 человека (за каждого из двоих мы доплачивали по примерно 30 евро), но нам отказали, хотя на тот момент объект еще ничего не потратил на дополнительных гостей. Можно было только увеличить количество. Получается, в данном объекте, лучше сначала бронировать на минимальное количество гостей, а потом, если все здоровы и готовы заехать, уже доплачивать за остальных. Мне эта ситуация кажется плохо клиенто ориентированной.
