The location was perfect especially for billboa athletico fans. The room was spacious clean and bright. The shower had great power and the towels were lovely and soft. The breakfast, though simple was perfectly adequate. Where this accommodation excels is with its hosts. An example of their kindness and helpfulness is that they searched the city for eclipse glasses for us and found them. They are so nice and friendly. This is now my go to in Bilbo! Thank you for a great stay

Great communication, room beautifully decorated. Near the river and walking distance from the bus station.
A bit scruffy houses nearby but wasn’t a problem at all.

Everything.
Very comfortable room, we really enjoyed our stay, breakfast in the room was very relaxing. Enrique was extremely welcoming and helpful.
We loved the loaction; a lovely approx 20 min walk along the river to Guggenheim, then 10 mins onward to the centre and across the bridge to the old town.
Really handy for the bus station (10 min walk) if you want to visit San Sebastian. We learned traveling to San Sebastian by bus is much quicker than the train!
Personal choice but I would've slept better with bigger and firmer pillows so that option would've been welcome.
