Ramp down to garage was a bit tricky for me but doable!

L’appartement est propre, bien équipé, le personnel est sympathique. Les transports sont plutôt bien desservis. On est au calme même dans un quartier vivant. Commodités au pied de l’immeuble.
Malheureusement l’appartement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville (cathédrale). Il faut un bon quart d’heure à pieds pour rejoindre l’hypercentre ou sont les grandes enseignes de magasins. A l’arrivée, il faut laisser sa voiture (avec la clé) à un voiturier qui la garde dans le parking de la résidence. Il a besoin de la bouger régulièrement d’où le fait de garder les clés. Ça n’a pas été expliqué au début donc sur le coup c’est un peu déroutant. Si arrivée avant 14h, il faut payer un supplément.

We visited in the winter( 5-7 degrees outside ) the apartment was always warm . Very comfortable since it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Espresso machine with capsules was also very useful for us .Kitchen fully equipped with enough space .Many tapa bars , grocery stores and places to have breakfast very near to the apartment(1-2 minutes walking). Last but not least the host Nerea was super kind and supportive. Check in was very straightforward and easy.

Loved the location in the CBD - close to bars, restaurants and Bilbao highlights. Parking free is a bonus.
