Gorgeous large clean modern apartment with all the comforts of home. Loved the big leather sofa, very stylish kitchen, smart TV, well equipped bathrooms and the beds were great. Everything was sparkling clean. Very accessible via a lift. Very secure access with the keys / code etc. Excellent wifi. Olga was very responsive to our one query.
Would have been nice to be able to switch the heat on during the day - we came from from a very wet bike tour in the middle of the day. But maybe there were instructions that I missed.

Great location ! Historic part of the city is a short 13-minute walk away. It’s located in a nice area with easy access to everything : BM grocery store is literally across the street, café and restaurants are nearby in all directions. The apartment is spacious with three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite with a small balcony. Large equipped kitchen and comfortable living room area. Guggenheim is around a 15- min walk away. Entry instructions were easy and explicit. Staff responded quickly to any needs (usually minor problems)
Nothing…except maybe the inordinate quantity of drawers, closets and cupboards that will usually not be used. There are only two sets of keys which might pose an inconvenience to more than two sets of guests.
