Great location, easy checkin, handsomely designed. Luggage lockers are an excellent feature.

Bathroom had flooding damage. Loud buzzing sound somewhere in the building every 30 seconds throughout the night.

Ottima posizione per girare la città. Vicino a tanti negozi, supermercati e ristoranti. Ambiente confortevole, comoda cucina, lavatrice asciugatrice, forno microonde e forno elettrico, kit per pulire sapone piatti e pod lavatrice. Unica pecca che posate e bicchieri era tutto contato per 2, va bene che appartamento è per 2 persone ma qualche posata in più fa sempre comodo. Aria condizionata funziona bene, letto comodo. Ambiente silenzioso. Ascensore disponibile. Ottima idea dei locker per depositare bagagli, per noi è stato molto utile (erano solo 2 in tutta la struttura però, per fortuna ho trovato libero). Assistenza e check in-out tutto tramite whatsapp e applicazione, anche per aprire e chiudere le porte della struttura, per me è andato bene. Ricorda bisogna sempre avere il cellulare carico o memorizzare il codice!

Sarebbe carino aggiungere uno specchio più grande in camera. Bagno piccolo ma agevole, ci vorrebbe una mensola più grande o in più. Aggiungere un terzo armadietto locker nel corridoio potrebbe essere utile.

Centrally located, about 2 min walk from the main Bilbao train station (if you're traveling from Madrid or Barcelona). Comfortable beds. Great combo washer/dryer. Kitchen was small but came with the usual so we were able to have a few breakfast and dinners. Nice, strong A/Cs (once fixed) for the warm weather. Self-serve lockers (first come first serve, only 2 lockers for 6 or so units) enough to fit 3 carry-on luggages and 1 slim backpacks) were available for us to store our luggage on our last day before leaving Bilbao.

Our apartment (Unit 101) was very loud. We were woken up by pedestrians at 4am and 6am pretty much everyday that we stayed at the apartment. No idea why those pedestrians felt the need to shout and scream at odd hours in the morning. The apartment was also quite cramped (yes, size of the apartment was listed but felt much smaller than expected)--once the sofa was unfolded into a sofa bed, there was basically no room left in the kitchen/dining room/living room space. Also, our apartment came with a faulty A/C that was leaking water and a bathroom drainage that was backed up consistently. To their credit, the local team was friendly and got the A/C fixed the next day. The drainage issue wasn't fixed despite them coming to clean it out--we just had to watch the water level as we're showering. Finally, it felt like there wasn't any bathroom fans (and no windows either) so the family had to endure one another's bathroom visits... Regarding the A/C issue, they were kind enough to refund part of the cost of the rental, so all-in-all I'm satisfied with their response.
