It’s a lovely, clean apartment
Parking is in a public place with additional cost rather than a residential space. I felt booking.com didn’t make this clear.

The apartment was nice and had good facilities. The balcony is lovely, although we didn't use it; we are three and it can accommodate only two.
It has a washing machine, which was a life-saver.
The location is centric, so it was easy and quick to reach most things.
What I disliked most, was the neighborhood. It felt unsafe. Vagabonds sleeping on the street, junkies doing odd things, and drunks at 10 am. I was surprised there's such blight in the middle of this lovely city.

Nice apartment close to the river and points of interests
It’s located close to a concert hall (BilboRock) so at night during warm nights it might be a bit noisy

location was central, hosts were helpful and gave good advice about parking.
Didn’t feel particularly safe walking around the street at night time . Not quite enough space or storage for 3 people but would have been fine for 2. Water wasn’t hot and the sofa bed was uncomfortable .
