The apartment is very spacious, has a very complete kitchen and is located in a very strategic part of Bilbao.
The communication with the host was very easy over the Booking.com message + WhatsApp.
The check-in was in person and happened on the time booked, which was a nice experience.
The apartment's cleanliness wasn't spot on. It wasn't dirty, I want to be fair, otherwise I would have complained and not stayed there. Also, I had a short 2-day stay so I didn't wan't to stress and I wanted to make the most with the time I had in Bilbao. But it did bother me to find some dust and hair in the apartment. I think the cleaning team needs to step up their game.
The location is very strategic as you're literally in-between Casco Viejo and Abando, but the street where the apartment is located can be a bit sketchy at times and give off vibes. We saw some altercations, police involvement, etc.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Schlüssel - Übergabe. Parkplatz "Saba" gegenüber 19 Euro pro Tag. Gute Lage - 10 Minuten in die Altstadt.
Es gibt einen Patio, aber dunkel und nicht einladend. Wir haben die Jalousien nie geöffnet. Die Aussicht nach draußen ist hässlich.

El estilo moderno y practico y la situation cerca del centro y la parte vieja.
Camas muy cómodas.
La comunicacion fue buena y nos estaban esperando cuando llegamos.
El olor a tuberia, la falta de mantas extra para las camas.
La calefaccion estaba a 16-C cuando llegamos y tardó varias horas en llegar a 20C
