Keuken niet echt om te gebruiken, gasfornuis werkt matig, vriezer vol ijs, geen handdoek of theedoek.

The apartment is very spacious, has a very complete kitchen and is located in a very strategic part of Bilbao. The communication with the host was very easy over the Booking.com message + WhatsApp. The check-in was in person and happened on the time booked, which was a nice experience.

The apartment's cleanliness wasn't spot on. It wasn't dirty, I want to be fair, otherwise I would have complained and not stayed there. Also, I had a short 2-day stay so I didn't wan't to stress and I wanted to make the most with the time I had in Bilbao. But it did bother me to find some dust and hair in the apartment. I think the cleaning team needs to step up their game. The location is very strategic as you're literally in-between Casco Viejo and Abando, but the street where the apartment is located can be a bit sketchy at times and give off vibes. We saw some altercations, police involvement, etc.

Todo muy limpio y de estilo moderno, muy cuidado

No había aire acondicionado en un apartamento en el que da el sol de tarde, muy caluroso en verano. Al ser una primera planta, muy ruidoso tanto durante el día, como durante la noche por las motos que pasan bajo la ventana del dormitorio principal. La gente nos alertaba de la zona que por lo visto es bastante conflictiva y peligrosa.
