There was a lot of security to get in, 3 locked doors to get into the apartment. Zigor was responsive and made the effort to come back out to us when we missed him, as the ability to open the front door with a code wasn't working that day. The facilities in the apartment were great, big apartment and had everything we needed. It was in a brilliant location too, lots of shops and restaurants around, and across the road from the Abando metro station.
We had some issues accessing the apartment, using the instructions provided, there was an issue with the first door where the code didn't work (the door had an issue). We had to contact Zigor, and got in when a neighbour was entering, but the rest was very smooth. One tiny thing I would have changed would be to have some coffee pods without milk, but that is so tiny.
