Perfect Location & apartment was beautiful

Nothing, but on the first floor with steps so not suitable for anyone with a walking disability or wheelchair or pram

The location was great. The apartment was clean.

In terms of bedrooms, there was only an air conditioning unit in one room and it did not work. We had trouble initially connecting to the WiFi but that was resolved.

The location and price was very good. The apartment was reasonably comfortable, apart from restricted ventilation and sunlight. There were good kitchen and cleaning facilities and the apartment was very clean.

The shutter on the living room in the apartment was shut and would not open. I contacted the management agency who replied quickly, telling me that they would ask someone to come and repair it. This was the last time I heard from them and the shutter was not fixed, meaning that no natural light or air could get into the central part of the apartment. It felt quite claustrophobic for the week, without fresh air and sunlight. Also, the air conditioning systems were not suitable for cooling down the apartment, particularly as one wasn't working properly - something as simple as a bedside fan in the bedrooms would have made sleeping much more comfortable.
