This was a lovely space, clean, comfortable and secure.
Location - while we were very close to everything, the location near San Francisco area didn't feel comfortable. We didn't do our research very well - while we didn't have any incidents, we certainly didn't feel all that comfortable (as a group of middle aged women).

Getting into the apartment was difficult, just lucky that someone let us in to the building, getting into the actual apartment was fine.

The apartment was spacious, the beds comfy, there were 2 showers with enough hot water for everyone. Kitchen/dining area was practical.
Never found out the Wi-Fi code. Having more than one key for apartment would have been better. Location of apartment is on the edge of a very dodgy part of Bilbao but as long as you go down hill towards river all is good.
