It was simple and clean. Comfortable. The staff in the phone and messages were wonderful. Victoria helped me when I didn’t know why the door didn’t open (I put the numbers in the pad too slowly), she was really nice.
It was a disappointment that we couldn’t leave the luggage in the hotel for a few hours after checking out. They don’t have lockers.
We have a hard time using the AC and it was hot, we open the windows and it was worst.
The parkings are far and there no way to park in the street.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2026 and really enjoyed our stay. The apartments were excellent and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect — within walking distance of all the main attractions. The rooms were warm and cozy, which was especially important in winter.
We were traveling with our small dog. There was a pet fee of 22 euros per night, but it was very nice that the hotel provided treats for our dog, which was a lovely touch.

Everything was new and clean. It was close to the old town. Self check in and self check out was easy. The welcome package is nice.
It's a bit of a tetrix apartment. To me it's a suite with a kitchen and a narrow tall table for eating.
There isn't much space to move around. So, it's easy to bump into furniture. The welcome package could use some salt, pepper and oil.

The check-in process was fast and efficient - everything is handled through a website. There were two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There were two bathrooms - one is located in one of the bedrooms. The apartment is located centrally just a few minutes from the old town.
The apartment is located in the worst neighborhood in Bilbao - San Francisco. Avoid spending time here as you could get robbed, as we did. The sofa is really uncomfortable to sleep on, and it is very loud while moving on it. There was a stale smell throughout the whole apartment, which was present on the towels as well. The shower box in one of the bathrooms was worn down and couldn't close properly. The sound isolation wasn't the best - we could hear the people from the other apartment at times.
