Azkuna Plaza & Vista Alegre by Next Stop Bilbao

The apartment was in a great location, approximately 20-25 minute walk from the city centre and the Guggenheim. It’s a really spacious, modern and clean apartment on the 1st floor and was perfect for the 5 of us. We arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned and a representative came to meet us early and showed us around. It was very clean and comfortable with lovely white towels and bedding, two hairdryers and irons

We had a couple of issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi did or fridge not work at all during our visit. The fridge temperature kept rising and we were unable to adjust it. By the time we left on Monday, the fridge was at 24°C! - so the food could not be kept safely. We reported both the Wi-Fi and fridge problems to Hello Bilbao a couple of times. They texted to say that someone would come and have a look, but nobody came during our stay. We’d also asked twice about leaving luggage after check-out but received no response. 3 toilet rolls for five people was insufficient. Overall, the apartment itself was absolutely beautiful and so clean but the lack of response to the problems we reported did affect our experience.

Me resultó confuso y mal gestionado.

The location was okay, well equipped kitchen, good size apartment for 7 people.

The soft and uncomfortable sofas in the living room.
