I loved everything about the place!

The air conditioning wasn't working, but the fans were enough.

Was a great little place, easy to access, great location and AC

I could see this place being hard for more than one person to stay but for me alone it was great

The apartment was great- compact but very comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and well maintained. Location was superb with everything we wanted to see being within walking distance. Great range restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.

Nice and centric. Simple but pleasant design. A balcony with nice views...

Mainly the staff... I am going to go in depth... Before my arrival, I kept receiving constant automated emails asking for my arrival time, even though I had already provided it several times. I had been in direct contact with Verónica via WhatsApp for days, and she was fully aware that I would be arriving at 12:30 (check-in is as of 3PM) When I arrived, nobody was there — the doors were wide open, and as I was entering the apartment in order to leave my things, change bags, recuperate a few things and then keave... A very rude man showed uptelling me to get out! (and accused me of yelling). I was simply explaining that I had already spoken with Verónica, who had given me the OK to drop my stuff off! When I cam back after the check-in time permitted, I realized and reported that there was an issue with the balcony door and the blinds, but I made it very clear that it wasn’t urgent and that no one needed to come in or repair anything until after checkout, because I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings — including my passport — in the apartment while I was out and having strangers go in without my presence. Despite that, someone entered without my permission. Now they claim it was a “misunderstanding,” but if that were true, they should have contacted me first to confirm. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. On top of that? They didn't fix anything!!! I feel violated! On another note, they went in with their shoes when, I respect the place I rent, and automatically remove my shoes upon entering a house... The floors were all sticky... And there was a problem with the drawer for the utensils, that I couldn't pull out. Lights that were burnt... These are all little things that change ones experience... But mainly it's the privacy issue that I cannot swallow...
