We had a hard time getting in the door the first time - took 5-6 times to actually get it to work.

Centrale ligging in de stad. Op loopafstand van Guggenheim Museum en winkelstraten. 3 volwaardige slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Uitgeruste keuken! Gastheer is heel sympathiek en geeft alle nodige uitleg voor uitstapjes in de stad. Goede bedden. Leuke inrichting. Gloednieuw. Wasmachine aanwezig!

Alles beviel ons.

We were met on arrival and given lots of information about Bilbao. The apartment was one of the best-equipped we have had and we especially liked the orange juicer, cooking equipment, washing machine with tumble drying function and great shower. It was a nice, safe area that was very near the metro. We also walked to a lot of places, including the Guggenheim as the accommodation was quite central. There are lots of useful shops nearby, including a vegetarian and vegan shop and gluten free bakery. We really liked the nearby Margerito restaurant. The host company were really helpful throughout, arranged for us to arrive a bit early and booked a taxi for us to get to the airport.

The beds were a bit hard for us but not too bad. Air con would have been good but then it was a heat wave and went up to 36 degrees, which was unusual and there were fans in each bedroom.
