"We were met on arrival and given lots of information about Bilbao. The apartment was one of the best-equipped we have had and we especially liked the orange juicer, cooking equipment, washing machine..."

Plenty of space
Door entry system is terrible. We were locked out for 20mins late at night! Maid ignored our changed check out time and insisted on coming in despite my friends still sleeping!

Clean, enough space for 4 people, facilities
Bad sight out of the windows, difficult electronic entry lock, noisy at night (a bar just next to the house), noisy aircon!
