Die Lage war hervorragend, das Appartement war sehr sauber
Die Kommunikation vor unserer Anreise verlief KI-generiert und war ausgesprochen unbefriedigend. Bis zum Abend vor der Anreise habe ich keine personalisierte Antwort auf meine Fragen erhalten und der Schlüsselcode konnte dann letztlich nur durch einen persönlichen Anruf freigeschaltet werden. Die Ausstattung war befriedigend, aber es fehlten Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. ein Küchenhandtuch. Es funktionierte soweit alles, aber Etliches war reparaturbedürftig (Handtuchhalter, Duschkopfhalter, Waschbeckenarmaturen, Wasserkocher etc,). Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr warm und es gab nur 1 Ventilator für 3 Schlafzimmer.

Apartamento con una ubicacion excelente en el centro de Bilbao. Anfitrion muy amable y con facilidades para la entrada, todo a traves del movil muy comodo, posibilidad de plaza de aparcamiento muy cerca a muy buen precio.
CAMAS, ALMOHADAS Y ROPA DE CAMA INMEJORABLES, los apartamentos turistico logicamente cuidan estos detalles, pero en este caso son realmente muy confortables, lo que eleva el nivel de la estancia.
Un primero sin ascensor, en nuestro caso o supone un problema, el portal muy viejo y en un estado regular, por poner alguna pega

La ubicacion, la comodidad de las camas y la amabilidad del anfitrion
En la ducha el agua caliente iba y venia. El olor del portal. La decoracion del piso poco atractiva.
