The location was perfect for our stay.

During The night it could be quite noisy outside.

Instructions sent were very clear (even if they came in French). No issue accessing the apartment or getting in. Spacious and clean.

Kitchen was good but there were no wine glasses.

The location was great. The apartment was the perfect size for our needs.

The beds were uncomfortable, and only a single pillow was provided, with no option for varying sizes or levels of firmness, which would have improved overall comfort. We arrived late in the evening to find the apartment unheated and extremely cold. With the heating system turned off, it took several hours for the space to reach a comfortable temperature, delaying our ability to rest after a long day of travel. Basic necessities were notably absent. There was no hand soap or toiletries provided—an expected convenience for modern travelers, particularly those relying on carry-on luggage who cannot easily bring such items. Similarly, the kitchen lacked essential items, including paper towels, hand towels, and simple staples like salt and pepper. Additionally, while the rooms featured large, floor-to-ceiling closets, the doors were not properly secured. They could not be closed without the risk of them becoming unstable or potentially falling, which raised clear safety concerns. Overall, these issues significantly detracted from the comfort and usability of the space.
