Vicinanza fermata metro, area con molti servizi come bar, negozi e supermercati. Pur essendo al primo piano non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori notturni. La sala è molto confortevole con la possibilità di girare la grande tv sia verso il divano sia verso il tavolo, vista stadio illuminato la sera molto scenografico. Bagno finestrato un plus.

The conforts of home far away from home: coffee makers, plenty of kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, 6 The flexibility at check-in. There are plenty of neighborhood bars and restaurants around. The host is wonderful and explained things in detail. Many options for public transportation and close to the main bus terminal.
It tends to be a little noisy at night, but it is not because of the bars; it's because there are students' residences, and they gather outside and drink

Nagyon jó helyen, metró, vonat, busz, bolt, parkoló a közelben. Az apartman tökéletesen felszerelt, semmi sem hiányzott.

La ubicación, las características del piso, su funcionalidad y el estar asomado a la explanada de San Mamés y a Pozas
Conviene informarse bien sobre el aparcamiento exterior en zona verde y azul. La vigilancia no es mediante agentes de aparcamiento sino que, parece, es un vehículo radarizado y te puedes llevar sorpresas al mínimo descuido
