The location of this is in the old town, close to everything! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted, it was about 20 mins from The Guggenheim and Funicular however within steps of great restaurants, cafes, bars & supermarkets. Our host was really responsive and gave us clear instructions how to access the property. The beds were comfortable and showers hot & powerful! Loved having 2 bathrooms!
We were in Bilbao during a very hot time and the fans were appreciated but really noisy & it was difficult to get any respite. Maybe ceiling fans would be an option as they are good in summer & winter.

It is right in the middle of the old city, maybe 1 minute from the cathedral, the location is very lively and interesting (step across the street in the morning for pintxos breakfast and coffee, it's open from 8AM). The apartment itself is spacious and for a family it is very comfortable to have two full bathrooms.
One can see that apartment is in short-term rent for some time now, many things feel worn out. The apartment needs a renovation (from fully painting the walls to repairing a lot of broken or just worn out stuff). Because it doesn't feel like a particularly good price to quality ratio...
