Basque Suite

A localização é bestial, a pouco passos da Praça Nova e dos melhores restaurantes. Tem supermercado ao virar da esquina, cafés, metro, autocarros, tudo o que precisamos para uma estadia incrível. O apartamento está bem equipado e é muito bonito. A proprietária esteve sempre disponível, respondeu a todas as mensagens que enviei e quando esqueci as chaves dentro do apartamento resolveu o problema em 10 minutos.

O barulho da rua... apesar das janelas serem novas e parecerem boas a verdade é que se ouve-se tudo o que se passa na rua, sendo complicado dormir. O sofá cama precisa de ser reparado/substituido porque tem os encaixes da extensão partidos, o que inoperaliza a conversão em cama.

Ours was the 'Stylish' suite; Worth noting that this one doesn't have a balcony. However, it's decorated and fitted with great taste; feels like a place to live: much more enjoyable than a generic hotel room. Cleverly designed compact kitchen, which we used. Location is excellent: you feel part of the historic surroundings, helped by large and airy wide-opening windows - straight out of the door and you're in the midst of it. Rocío met us as we arrived, and made sure we had everything we needed (including extra little bottles of olive oil!)

This is really splitting hairs, as the apartment is so nice - but chairs with backs at the small dining table might have been more relaxing than the (tasteful and well-designed) stools.

The location was good and the room was spacious.

The WiFi couldn’t sustain video calls so don’t plan on working remotely. Also the AC didn’t work and they told us not to touch it. But when I reached out for help to fix it, it took more than 24 hours to get a response from the host.

The room is tall and looks big, with French doors for ventilation. The balcony is small enough to stand on. Cutlery, coffee, olive oil are complete. The host was very friendly and helped us check in. Friendly coordination if there is a problem.

Because it's in the old town, weekend nights are noisy, but weekdays are much better.
