Centrally located apartment for 4 people

Location was excellent, the apartment was quite spacious

We had to get the keys from a guy at a bar a few streets away from the apartment. Whilst he was nice he told us he was dealing with the keys as a favour. We then had to ask him to help us open the door which was tricky at the beginning. The hallway light was also broken so it was very dark in the stairwell. Long black hairs were all over the apartment floor and shower. I stayed here with my mum who said she didn’t think her pillow cases had been changed, so I gave her one of my pillows. Not enough towels. Sofa was uncomfortable and really should have been vacuumed at the very least. It’s a rather noisy apartment, I put the fan on through the night to drown out the noise. The day before we left I sent a WhatsApp message to the contact about whether we could have a slightly later checkout. No reply. I also asked what we were to do with the apartment key. No response.
