Die Lage, das Haus, schöner Altbau, der Stil, die Materialien, die Einrichtung, gut erreichbar mit der Metro, genügend Platz, der Balkon.
Sehr dunkel, der Innenhof war nicht zugänglich, die Schlafzimmerfenster konnten nicht richtig geöffnet werden und waren mit Folie zugeklebt (das gibt ein total klaustrophobisches Gefühl!), die Küche war zu minimalistisch eingerichtet, das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war zwar schön aber unpraktisch, die Pflanzen waren künstlich, im Badezimmer müffelte es und das wurde mit viel zu penetranten Duft-Sticks versucht zu überdecken.

Posizione centralissima per la zona casco viejo, l'appartamento è ben fornito, spazioso, bello e soprattutto perfetto anche per chi viaggia con bimbi: abbiamo avuto a disposizione culla, seggiolone per mangiare e addirittura tanti giochi!!! I gestori gentilissimi e super disponibili!! Davvero la soluzione migliore che potessimo trovare.
