L'appartamento è in una ottima posizione nel centro di Bilbao, comoda per i mezzi. L'appartamento è nuovo e al suo interno c'è tutto quello che può servirvi.Nel complesso un'esperienza positiva ed un alloggio che consigliamo.
Alcuni dettagli sono migliorabili: al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato pulitissimo il filtro delle docce, mentre l'esperienza di check-in, anche se fluida, la spiegherei prima dell'arrivo essendo un po' particolare, con l'host al telefono.

Sauberkeit top, Utensilien und Ausstattung sehr gut. Spitzenlage in der Altstadt. Super Gastgeberin, kümmert sich sehr und ist jederzeit erreichbar! Sehr gerne wieder!

Location. It was in Casco Viejo, close to the train/metro station and walkable to all other attractions. Mercedes was wonderful, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. Mercedes also gave us information about where to park which was a lifesaver. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 couples. We would definitely like to rent the apartment again when we come back to Bilbao.
