Facilité d’accès à tous les sites touristiques de Bilbao, soit à pied, soit en métro. Qualité de l’aménagement et luminosité de l’appartement. Quartier agréable, propre, assez moderne. La qualité de la relation avec le propriétaire. Elle est immédiatement disponible à chaque fois que nécessaire.
L’été, pendant les fortes chaleurs, difficile de dormir fenêtres grandes ouvertes, avec le bruit émanant de la rue. Heureusement, un ventilateur efficace permet d’apporter le confort nécessaire pour bien dormir.

Zeer gerieflijk appartement comfortabele bedden, moderne keuken, overal rolluiken, twee kleine terrasjes met avondzon (tijdens ons verblijf pas doenbaar nadat de zon verdwenen was - wat wel betekent dat het zonnig was ☀️☀️). Metro vlakbij, maar ook leuke wandeling naar Guggenheim en oude stad. Vlotte communicatie met verhuurder, we vonden alleen de app die je moest downloaden om binnen te kunnen wat gedoe.
Iets meer servies en bestek zou echt handig zijn. Amper 5 messen en vorken, net genoeg glazen en borden, waarom zo weinig? En de bussen die net aan het appartement staan te draaien voor het rood licht, maken veel lawaai.
