Overall, everything was great — we definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very nice. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — you can see all of Dubrovnik at a glance! There’s a public transport stop right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming; they met us and showed us everything. The room was clean and tidy, with coffee, tea, and juice provided. A perfect place to stay — highly recommend this hotel!

The only thing missing was a hairdryer, but that wasn’t a big issue. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is located on a hill — but then again, Dubrovnik itself is one big hill 😊 So it’s not really a drawback, just something for travelers to keep in mind. Overall, everything was great — we definitely recommend this hotel!

Fantastic Apartment, Great Hosts!!

Great location in the city, right on the no. 4 bus route. Lovely terrace, apartment was really well stocked and the check-in fast and efficient.

There are a lot of stairs. A lot! Don’t get dropped at the bottom of the stairs as getting luggage up is a killer in the heat. If you’re getting an Uber or taxi, get them to drop you at Ul. od Montovjerne and go down to the entrance rather than up 😊 Stairs are everywhere in Dubrovnik so it’s not a city if you’ve limited mobility.

Amazing place to stay

Amazing place to stay. The whole place was spotless. The location of the guest house is beautiful as you have amazing view on Dubrovnik. Shops are 10 minutes away and beach is not too far either. The owners were super friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Pleasant stay

Very good location. A 30 minute walk from Old Town. Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room.

It should have better signage of where it is. Or for example the guests should receive beforehand photos by Whatsapp of how to find the accommodation. Personally my cab could not find it and left me quite far away. I also had difficulties walking until I found how to get to the apartment.

Worth the money but be prepared for the stairs.

The location was not too far away from the old town. Within walking distance was the bus stop and other restaurants available. The host was really nice and helpful.

Didn't expect the stairs that we had to walk to reach the building. Every time it was quite tiring to walk up and down the long stairs. Of course this is not something that can be solved, but the host was really very helpful and nice.

The room was very small. Smaller than the average hotel room. If you have any mobility issues, or not super fit, this is not the place for you. The second room was tiny. The steps up from the road were exhausting

A great place for a short stay.

It is a great place for a short stay. Good location (10 min. to the nearest beach and 20 min. walk to the Old Town). The staff are very friendly, and the room is clean, offering a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, TV and an electric kettle. The bed is large and comfortable. Outside the entrance, there is a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast.

The room is quite small and does not have a table inside. The apartment is situated at a higher elevation, requiring many steps with luggage, which may be difficult for elderly guests or people with disabilities.

Owners were great, really positive, helpful and welcoming - they even both us a 2l juice. Location is solid, 15 minutes (downhill) to the Old City and 20 minutes (uphill) back. The parking is above the apartment, 20-30 stairs away which is basically nothing compared to the rest of the city. The owner gave us his parking spot! Every recomendation for this place from our side.

The Host was very welcoming, providing us with ice cream on arrival! He was very helpful when we asked questions, giving us advice on what to see whilst in Dubrovnik and also provided us with an umbrella when it was raining! Great location and clean, very impressed.

It's excellent

Everything is good. Nikolina is really nice. The view from our room is good. There is fridge and kettle in the room. We even have welcome drink and ice-cream which really surprise me.

A warm reminder, please take a taxi to the guesthouse if you arrive Dubrovnik by bus. Because we carried two heavy suitcases and there are some stairssss on the way to the guesthouse. It took use around an hour to walk from central bus station to guesthouse.

Excellent

Nikolina is a great host, we received a warm welcome from her! And fresh juice. The bathroom is beautiful and very clean! The balcony is very nice and quiet and we have a nice view. The room is quiet enough. Also thanks to other quiet guests. The location is great, it is between the new town and the old town, easy to go anywhere. We spent 3 nights here, and it is the best option to explore Dubrovnik, if you like relaxing trip. (One day old town, one day new town, one day lokrum island.) We recommend this place 100%.

The location was a bit hard to find, when we were off by the taxi, we needed to walk up the stairs and finally found the apartment. But on the other side on top , there is a sign. But surely u can’t see it from below. So if u can’t find the apartment, better call the host directly. And this is just an agent, so send a message to the agent to ask the number from the host.

Great location inbetween old and new town. Lots of steps to get up to the property so make sure you have comfy shoes. Wonderful guests. Friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Brought us ice cream on arrival. Beautiful sea view from balcony. Spotlessly clean. Great restaurants near by. Short walk to a beach.

Absolutely beautiful view from the room and balcony. Superclean and new well-equipped room, Nikolina as hostess very helpful - even surprised with cold juice and ice-cream upon our arrival. Free parking!

Might be challenging to access with any walking disability. Up on the hills and one must have the power to carry luggage on the stairs. not an issue for us!

Comfortable room with a perfect host.

Extremely nice hosts, but really! They are helpful, cheerful, and informed about everything. There is a free parking lot, but approx. 30 steps...they helped me bring the bag down from there too. The first night we got an ice cream sundae. The view is good, although the window in our room was a bit small. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, tea, kettle. Relatively close to a beach. Halfway between the old town and the new town, both 20 minutes walk.

There was no crib for our baby. The window in the room is a bit small. You can park relatively far away in the free parking lot, approx. 30 stairs.

Spotlessly clean. Very warm welcome despite very late flight (arrived 2.20am). Very helpful owners. Quiet area of town, shared terrace had great views and was comfortable.

Lovely hosts and clean room in good location

Nikolina was super friendly and welcoming and made us feel like home. She gave us recommendations of things to do around Dubrovnik, printed our boarding passes and even brought us ice cream on our first day. The room was very clean and perfect for our stay.
