Well maintained and large, comfortable rooms. Peaceful location, within 7 minutes of Sidmouth town. Dog friendly
It would have been useful to have a section of secured garden but it was not a problem

Lovely sea view. Very close to the Donkey Sanctuary. Easy access
No welcome pack - tea/coffee/sugar only some bottled water. Water heater hadn't been turned on in advance so no hot water on arrival and no instructions as to how to turn it on infact no instructions about any appliances. Mattress on double bed uncomfortable. Shaver point in ensuite not working nor extractor fan in main bathroom.
