The hosts were fantastic! We arrived to fresh scones, cream, jam and milk. When the guest was aware I was coeliac she even offered to bring me round gf scones! Nothing was a bother. The location was super close to Seaton which is a lovely little town and beach. The chalet had everything you could need including an air fryer and pet bowls. Lovely clean and well presented decking area which on sunny days was so peaceful to sit out on and provided a little enclosed area that the dog could be free to roam in. Hot water on demand, and comfy sofas in the living area.
The twin beds could be comfier! :)Perhaps two new mattresses and a new duvet and bedding would make the whole experience outstanding :)

Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The heating was extremely efficient - the chalet warmed up in a few minutes on a damp day, and it stayed warm.
Plenty of utensils and pots in the kitchen, the WiFi behaved and the shower was good.
I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable - an old-style sprung one, which wakes you up when your partner turns over... A mattress topper would help.

Lovely cream tea waiting on arrival.
Very reasonable. 5 minute drive into Seaton beach and town.
Most of the cooking things you need. Good prep knives, though only 4 forks (use 1 to prep food and you need to wash it up for 4 people to eat).
Airfryer was also super handy.
WiFi with Roku Option on the TV you can use to log into your Netflix IPlayer etc.
Lots and lots of board games, water pistols, badminton (net broken not usable), kids loved them all!
Parking right behind the chalet, 15 yards away. Easy for luggage and beach stuff.
Garage next door, 1 minute walk, is super easy as a small convenience store.
Shower is very weak, but probably to be expected top of a hill in a caravan park.
No plastic chopping boards for food prep. Only 1 glass and 1 bread board.
No very large pot for family pasta/guests.
