Perfect in every way
Just returned from lovely stay here. Chalet has absolutely everything you need- home from home. Very clean and very comfy. Beds were so comfortable and bedding was great. On outskirts of Seaton but only short drive in. Lovely quiet site - just what we needed to recharge our batteries.

A wonderful stay in a great location and a lovely chalet.
It’s was lovely and quite, and very central to where we wanted to visit. It was clean and welcoming. It was perfect for our stay.
Nothing. Just a couple of things that could possibly do with a change, the double mattress could possibly need up dating, it’s not very comfortable and it squeaks every time you move. There is a big dip in the floor between the single beds which causes you to stumble.

We had a lovely stay in Seaton at chalet 12a.
The property was lovely, it was furnished tastefully and very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the owners were incredibly kind and helpful and we had a lovely stay. We shall be rebooking again.

Lovely chalet stay in a perfect spot.
We had a lovely 3 night stay at the chalet and we couldn't have been happier with it. Communication with the hosts was friendly and helpful from booking through to leaving. The chalet was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There's ample parking directly behind the chalet which combined with only a few steps up to the front door makes it very accessible. Good wifi and firestick tv were much appreciated by the 9 year old in our party! There was also enough space directly in front of the chalet for playing badminton and (careful!) football. The park is lovely and quiet, with a well stocked shop in the practically onsite esso garage (open til 8pm). The location is perfect, down to Seaton seafront in just a few minutes drive and Sidmouth and Lyme Regis within around 15 to 20 minutes. I would totally recommend Chalet 12A and hope to stay again.
