It's a lovely, quaint little cottage. Exceptionally clean, well decorated and equipped with lots of amenities. Gives really homely vibes, lovely garden too. We went with our toddler. There's lots of local activities for toddlers. Had a great stay.
If anyone has a mobile baby/toddler, i would recommend bringing some sliding cabinet locks to babyproof. We ended up using exercise bands. Having a lock high up on the kitchen door would've been useful to keep toddlers out, as the cupboards are low, contain breakable kitchenware, and accessible to young children.

It is close to a resco express and a hungry horse pub, both of which are brilliant. Exmouth beach is a 10 minute drive away.
There are alot of hills which was fine for us, but may not suit those less mobile.

Keys in lock box, Car parking available on the drive Enclosed garden Nice and quite
Bathroom skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned in months. Valances on all the beds were very marked. Bathroom floor was grubby, unfortunately the flash floor mop left there would have made the floor even worse. Inside cupboards dirty, cutlery and crockery not all clean
