Perfect dog friendly property.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful long weekend at this lovely holiday home in Exmouth. The house was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location was perfect — a short drive to family in Woodbruy, the beach and local attractions, yet peaceful and welcoming. A real home-from-home, we would love to return!

Excellent location and good accomodation.Grab rail at back door was handy.

The bungalow was all flat inside but I forgot to check if it was flat access and there is a step at both doors and as 1 in our party was elderly they found it harder to get in.

Perfect home from home. Ideal location, comfortable, quiet, clean & surprisingly spacious

Spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. A home-from-home. Bedding and towels provided. Washing machine, decent fridge and kitchen utensils all provided. Decent internet and TVs services with TVs in the bedrooms too. Fans, lighting, clocks, wardrobes, drawers and side tables provided in the bedrooms. Host had excellent communication. Kept us well informed and easy to contact. Good size garden and not overlooked. Driveway. Good location with local amenities. Dog friendly.

It had everything we needed and were more than happy with the place, but if we were to suggest some minor improvements: A couple more plug sockets in living room and bedrooms would be useful. One or two windows had old locks that were stiff and one was unable to lock, but we were still able to it shut over. Portable air conditioning for hot summer months would be amazing. Got a little warm in the bedrooms overnight, but nothing an open window couldn't help. Ideally just one normal shower head mounted higher and ideally electric, but shower was fine to use. Draining board for dishes would have been useful. A dressing table would be a nice touch in the master bedroom.

better than we expected, host also on hand if we had any questions

the location of this bungalow was approx 2.5 miles from Exmouth Town centre, the location you could park on the drive or outside on the street. the bungalow was spacious, had heating, plus fans, tvs in 3 rooms, comfortable settee in lounge, 2 bedrooms one with double, one with 2 single beds, wooden flooring. ideal for pets.garden enclosed at the back , so if you had children you could let them play safely washing machine. full sized fridge freeezer, toaster , coffee machine lots to do and see if you have a dog or children 5 mins walk only to a park and large field, the park for children has a good selection of rides, swings, zip wire, basket swing, slide, exercise equipment Also the host to the property was on hand, we had to message her and she called us back amazing service would highly recommend this bungalow

Great quiet location.

A great location, quiet, yet within walking distance of plenty of local amenities. An exceptionally well-kept bungalow. Plenty of storage for all those 'essentials', enough cutlery and crockery for all,even bowls for the dog visitors!!

We weren't fans of the very low down sofa. It looks great, but it's not the easiest to get up from with my back!! I must stress that this in no way detracted from the overall experience, and I'm looking forward to a return visit.

Everything was as we would expect plus there were lots of small details that this home has...nightlights in the kitchen and hallway...huge TV in the living room and TVs in both bedrooms, alarm clocks, extra heating, bedding, towels. Comfortable furniture, fantastic double bed. Beds in second bedroom comfortable too. Very nice bathroom, shower, lights on the mirror turned on by touch. Welcoming atmosphere, complementary refreshments and biscuits, toiletries. Lovely fridge, freezer and washing machine in the kitchen. Space outside at the back for 8 people to sit, eat, chill. Washing line and garden too. Location was great (8 mins to Exmouth beach). Local shops and takeaways close by. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Genuinely enjoyed our time here, owners have very good communication skills.... extremely hospitable. We all felt at home. We cleaned up after ourselves, like it was our home.

I wish we had a week there, not just 2 nights. The place was fab. Nothing I can think of that we lacked.

Home from home!

Excellent holiday let, well kitted out property, just like being at home, very comfortable, everything was catered for. Good local access to large tesco supermarket, petrol stations etc.5 minutes away. Good location for visiting Sidmouth, Beer, Exeter. Had to leave a day early due to family concerns at home but would definitely book again!

It felt like a home away from home. plenty of drive space, amazing sized garden and living room. nice area with great access to shops. when mentioned we were bring a dog and baby, Alex asked if we would like the travel cot and dog bowl set up which was so helpful.

Everything, the bungalow was in an immaculate condition throughout. I particularly loved the massage chair especially coming back after a long walk lol.

This is a lovely little bungalow which is ideally located to get into Exmouth and surrounding areas. Had everything you needed, with additional touches - toiletries, coffee/milk/biscuits etc. Please ignore the couple of reviews that said it could have been cleaner - it was spotless !

Quiet location, a great place to stay

It's a very well presented bungalow with private parking and secure gardens. A home from home that is appointed to a very good standard. My wife and I were really pleased with our choice to stay here, to explore the area.
