It is close to a resco express and a hungry horse pub, both of which are brilliant. Exmouth beach is a 10 minute drive away.
There are alot of hills which was fine for us, but may not suit those less mobile.

Bathroom skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned in months.
Valances on all the beds were very marked.
Bathroom floor was grubby, unfortunately the flash floor mop left there would have made the floor even worse.
Inside cupboards dirty, cutlery and crockery not all clean

Had everything we needed. Very comfortable. In a quiet and safe location. Parking. Location was fantastic for walking. From walking to ala ronde discovered footpath after footpath. Small shops walking distance less than a minutes walk. Easy to drive to the beach and town centre.
