Set in a Victorian Court Yard , contemporary brick and flint barn conversions, vaulted ceilings, beams. The Apple Loft has 1 king bedroom and there is a family bathroom, which has a bath with shower over, upstairs is the living room to make the most of the beautiful, rural views, in this open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room is double sofa bed, smart TV and woodburner for cosy nights in! comfy seating for 4 and dining table for 4, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need from a dishwasher to a coffee press, it has Geothermal underfloor heating , its own patio area, and a shared lawn area around the corner. Tennis court, games barn, large lawn, patio, fishing in small lake and river on farm. 15 minutes from heritage Jurassic Coast, Beer, Branscombe, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth beaches, brimming with history. Dorset, Somerset boarders only a short distance away. If you enjoy the bird life there are swallows, house martins, Owls, Woodpeckers to name but a few. Set on a family working dairy farm.

Lovely cottage in beautiful settings. Absolutely clean and well maintained with comfortable beds. We utilised the game room and enjoyed to have the option to play table tennis or pool. However, the room seemed lacking love. Personally, I belive the fitness centre should not be advertised. Shame there is no place for the Appletree cottage occupants to do a bbq as no dedicated outside enclosed space, (the garden is within the other rental properties). We had an overall restful and enjoyable long weekend.

Everything was wonderful! The location, the property exceeded my expectations, we loved how peaceful it was, the views, the cosy & welcoming layout. It was by far the nicest weekend away I’ve had in years, even though there was a storm, we enjoyed getting out to Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer & Branscombe. Had a magnificent meal at the Kingfisher Inn.We will most certainly be back

We had a great stay! Lovely accommodation, warm welcome, wonderful views across the valley. Short drive to many beautiful locations.
