Family-friendly beach gateway Chalet.

This Chalet is in a great location from the surrounding beaches and towns. The layout made it a very family friendly holiday where we could all sit with each other/see/hear each other and enjoy family time. My children loved their bunked room and had a film night together using their own device. We cooked meals together and my youngest served them up using the breakfast/serving bar joined to the kitchen. The outside space was great when the sun was shining. We played bat and ball and Frisbee.

There were a few spiders in each room, that especially came out at night 🌙 Thankfully, I (mum) is not scared of spiders and saved the day on more than one occasion, but this did make for memories. The master bedroom, I found the bed abit small and the shower pressure could have been better, we all missed our high pressured shower from home.

Ideal, well equipped tidy chalet.

Great location, also nice quiet area. Nice size chalet, perfect for short stay. comfortable, everything you need, handy garage next door with all the little bits you need. Easy parking. Felt very safe.

There was no plug for the bath and one stressy day I could have really done with a bath, but couldn't. The front door lock was a bit temperamental, and whilst I'm generally not keen on a net curtain, I felt quite exposed walking about the chalet. possibly a venetian blind would be better than curtains?

The chalet was everything it said on the tin and so much more. It was immaculately clean. Even though we brought our own (in case) there were dish washing facilities available and a good range of kitchen equipment. The furniture was comfortable and we got a great night's sleep in the beds. The local garage is 20 yards away and has a very good shop for essentials. I'll certainly be recommending this chalet and hopefully returning. Thank you. Diolch.

Lovely relaxing stay

Lovely and clean. Quiet area . Well equipment kitchen. Bedding comfortable. Good value. Bus stop and petrol station with garage shop on the site. Well situated to explore Sidmouth and Lyme Regis which we enjoyed.

Nothing all as expected. No walkable places to eat or drink but aware of this before we booked.

there were a few things that would have made things better. No hot water in the kitchen for washing dishes, no hot water in the bathroom sink. shower a bit hit and miss with water temperature and still no bath plug. We used the kettle for hot water. Not to much of a problem because we were there for only two night, but if there was a family or you were there for longer it would have been inconvenient, but I'm sure Ann would have sorted things out.

Great little place to stay, we loved it ❤️

A fairly quiet location, safe with dogs. Parking on site and garage with shop to hand. Great little kitchen, 2 comfortable rooms, we liked it so much we stayed an extra night. Would definitely stay here again, lovely little site!!

Beautiful location. Clean, comfortable and warm accommodation

Clean and comfortable with all the facilities of a home. As we were there during the spring break (and it was chilly), we were grateful for the heaters provided. All in all it was comfortable, clean and homely.

It was comfortable and clean and had almost everything you needed. Great location close to Seaton Lyme Regis and Beer. Fantastic price for main summer weeks. Owner really helpful.

Excellent chalet for a Devon break.

Exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. Comfy beds, nice bed linen and towels. Everything you could need in the kitchen. The chalet is in a nice quiet setting. We met the owner as we were a few minutes late leaving, and she was friendly and accommodating, leaving us a bit of extra time to depart.
