Location for us was perfect. Host (Alex) very welcoming and helpful.
Generally no complaints, however more breakfast options would be good.

Location. I was visiting friends nearby. Off street parking. Walking distance to the town centre
Location, The Guest house is on a very busy street with vehicles a foot traffic passing the Guest House all night. We did find earplugs in the room and found out that they were very necessary (when sleeping in the room closest to the road). The off street parking is very useful, the problem is the access to the carpark. I own a Fiesta and barely managed to pass the parked cars We had hot water the night before but in the morning we had no hot water!
