Wonderful view out of our window, very spacious room. Staff were friendly and check in/out very smooth. Nice, quiet location. Really nice burgers in the restaurant.

The lodge we stayed in (5) was large and had plenty of space with still feeling cosy

The lodges were bigger than expected

Nothing other than the stairs to get to the front door we’re not lit up so tried to juggle carrying bags and a torch so we could see the way in (lodge 5)

Great spacious chalet accommodation that was very comfortable

The wooden deck was very slippery and looked like an animal had done a poop on the deck which meant the first impression wasn’t brilliant, but everything else was just great

Beautiful comfy, clean, large room, staff on reception very friendly and helpful. The young man who had only been working at the bar, club house for a couple of weeks was Brilliant ... His attitude was refreshingly professional and much better than his superiors !

Bar food could possibly offer more healthy Vegan choices .... The older, more senior member of the bar staff had a very bad attitude, was very unapproachable ( perhaps it was just an "Off Day" ) thankfully the newest younger member of the bar staff completely made up for this... He was extremely friendly and helpful ...

Great location, parking some no issue ! Bar on site in golf club, but if you’re running late don’t expect food ! 8:00 on last food time 8:10 sorry NO ! We’re busy !! So had to shoot off into village !

Didn’t clean room replace or clean cups, towels and condiments. Left cups dirty, I complained one day only to find they didn’t turn up On that evening too ! Got a feeling not enough staff. The breakfast was good, one day may be self service next table service, wasn’t the quickest in the morning.

My son and I loved the property. The only thing was one of the staff members in the restaurant on the Wednesday night we came was a very cheeky and rude person that cannot put us off from eating in the restaurant for the rest of our day.

Great accomodation. Nice big room, warm and very clean. Restaurant and bar on site was very usfull as we arrived quite late. All we needed for a one night stay. We will definately use here agin when visiting family nearby.

We had a lovely, comfortable overnight stay within easy distance of Stamford and Grantham.

A good choice of options for breakfast, good value for money. The setting for the golf course was pretty and with the Autumn colours of the trees this made it even better, Comfortable bed and welcoming, helpful staff. Will be recommending Greetham Valley to our friends and family.

Relaxing catch up with friends.

The cabin was warm, peaceful and in pleasant surroundings tucked away from the golf course (we weren't golfers!). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and had excellent showers. Very comfortable beds.

The kitchen sink wasn't draining well (partially blocked), and there were crumbs and an unwashed wine glass in one cupboard. The bedrooms would benefit having a small waste bin. The public walks/footpaths would benefit from better/more signage.

one of the best places we slept during our lake district tour. Lodge are huge. 3 bedrooms, large living room, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony on the lake! cannot believe that we found such a place!

Very pleasant and would stay again

Lovely place to spend a few days. Did not golf but the facilities and course looked great 2 courses, plus practice facilities. Staff friendly and nice clubhouse.

Non hot cooked choices could have been a bit more for breakfast with healthier options. but guess catering for the golfers that would want a fry up before their round.

Great location for exploring around Rutland Water. Really spacious and comfortable lodge with countryside on the doorstep. Use of hotel restaurant and bar.
