Spacious self contained unit which was quiet being away from the main pub. Everything was provided to ensure a comfortable stay.
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The staff were exceptional, professional and so welcoming and helpful. A credit to the owners. Breakfast and dinner exceptional. Lovely character pub restaurant with rooms. Room was great and all the facilities were good.
Bed - too soft and no ridged frame so made softer and a bit lumpy. Carpet was stained in many places from water (presuming a flood at some point) Those 2 points let the room down and the bed didn’t warrant a £150 per night price , but was made up by the great staff and food etc.

Staff were very friendly. Room was a good size and bed extremely comfortable. Food was amazing!
Only slight negative was the shower. Not easy to use and not good power.
