Nice place to stay

Everything was great. If anything needed improvement it would be the breakfast. Breakfast was until 9 and when I was down at 8:15 there was not much of anything left, food was warm but not real hot. One nice touch was the blueberry topping for waffles.

I’m truly grateful for the hospitality of Serra & Tiffany!

During my stay, two employees truly stood out — Serra and Tiffany. Both ladies were absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful. Serra went out of her way to help me make the perfect cup of coffee and even gave me excellent directions to a local meat market I needed to find. Her kindness and attention to detail made my morning so much brighter. Tiffany noticed me struggling to carry food up to my family and immediately jumped in to help. She grabbed the coffee and juice so nothing would be wasted on the way to the room. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. These small but meaningful acts of service made my stay memorable. Serra and Tiffany are wonderful representatives of this hotel, and I’m truly grateful for their hospitality. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when visiting Toledo.

The pillows were very flat, the room was tight and the pool was cold.

They only cleaned our room once in 9 days,we only got clean towels once in 9 days, will stay there again next year,but we will have to bring our own towels, that one thing they need to fix is getting the rooms clean towels and getting the trash up daily

They advertised our suite having a bath tub and was shocked once we entered room, after calling front desk I found it none of the suites we booked had them so we were bummed on the false information.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay

The room was clean and nice. We stayed in a king suite with the pull out couch and the kitchen area. The kids had fun swimming in the pool. The breakfast area was easily accessible, stocked and fresh. It's in a great location with access to restaurants, etc. We were going to the Huntington Center, and it was 10 minutes away. Everything went pretty smoothly during our stay.

My only two complaints are: 1. The pillows sink too much when you lay on them. Not sturdy enough. 2. The alarm clock was still set from the previous visitors, so we got woken up pretty early. We will definitely be unplugging any alarm clock for any future hotel stay.
