comfy , w/o TV channels

the bed and pillows were very comfy. the breakfast was very good.

the Television was messed up, would not recieve some channels, like ESPN , NBC, and several other channels. the lady at the desk was less than helpful. saying that maybe we don't get those channels. my daughter was in a room down the hall and she got all of them. then the. remote wouldn't work, but just batteries. The hotel was in the process of being remodeled

The location was good, the hotel staff were not accommodating and seemed uninterested in my complaint.

I did not get the room that I requested nor did the staff try to help me. Nothing was said at check in about the downgrade to a single bed. They said they were booked and could move us to a sister location down the street which was not a HIE. There was too much renovations being done to the hotel that it seemed dusty and dirty. Making the breakfast area seem dirty as well. I’m very disappointed in the fact that the staff was literally like”sorry bout cha. We can’t do anything for you.” The lady who checked us is was not accommodating at all when I went to complain. My husband checked us in.

Clean & comfortable but you might be risking death by electrical fire the way things are done here.

Comfortable and clean, food was good.

Poorly trained staff (FYI you have to ask if you want trash emptied or towels), not very customer-oriented, and the cords were all rigged up in crazy bundles and duct taped to the back of the desk. (Lights did not work right at the desk so I looked). Broken down hot tub.

The breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room had an odor. Asked for handicapp accessible room. Did not get it, but then asked about it and it would not be able to accomadate as it had 1 bed and a fold out couch. But staff and cleaning ladies were very helpful in meeting our needs.

Breakfast was good and Tiara in the front desk was so helpful! She walked us through a complication with our check in. Room was mostly clean.

When we went in to check in, there had been someone else checked in under our reservation and in our room. They asked this person to walk down and everything was settled but it is very scary that whoever was in front desk before did not ask for an id and there were these random people in our room.

They said they would accommodate me in a handicapped accessible room with a rill in shower and then when I called the front desk to move my room, it wasn't available. I was very upset. Shower was to high and I was unable to shower the whole time we were there.

We stayed here due to traveling across the country.

We didn’t get breakfast as they didn’t have it done by the time we were leaving. I can’t say anything that we liked the hotel was all around just not a good choice.

The room was dirty and it smelled like pot. People were drinking in the parking lot. Not enough parking. We didn’t feel safe at all. The staff we did deal with were okay but did only the bare minimum to help with things. Due to the fact we were only staying long enough to rest and already paid for it. If I wouldn’t have paid we would have left. Not a good place to stay with little ones. Not to mention you could hear people in the room above having “relations.”

Great stop over in Toledo

Clean and close to the city centre, restaurants and highways. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee.

the hallway and elevator were dirty. they had trouble connecting me with their Wi-Fi and eventually did it using a secret user I’d on my iPhone that I couldn’t see.

Awesome stay!

The hot tub was great beds were comfortable rooms were clean and breakfast was good!

The pillows were really to soft. But I prefer more firm pillows. Also the water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but that could have been due to the time of the morning.

The front desk staff were very nice and pleasant. The room was nice, bed comfortable and the shower was great. Not the nicest location but there were no issues and although we didn’t leave the hotel room, we noticed on the way in, there were several places to eat.
