A good choice for a great stay.

Receptionist Amy went above and beyond to make my stay more pleasant. Staff that I encountered were very friendly and personable. Dining area was exceptionally clean and well organized with a good selection of fresh breakfast items.

There was a security issue with an exterior hallway door being propped open/unlocked at night, allowing access to the elevators, stairwells and corridors. Amy, from reception, quickly addressed the issue, but explained that it happens regularly. If I hadn't brought it to her attention, one can only hope that will not lead to an unwelcome intrusion at some point. Safety of both staff and guests was compromised.

Comfortable stay with an awesome staff

Only flaw is there are guests that smoke Marijuana in their rooms and the smell drifts out. It is not strong but I still don’t care for the smell. Can’t stop them from smoking but I just had to say something. Otherwise amazing property and hotel!

The location was okay. Close to the highway and shopping if needed. The festivisies that I went in town for were 20 miles away.

I arrived at the location at 3:30-3:50 PM. I waited with my guests at the front counter for a half hour. The phone was continuing to ring the entire time I was standing there. I was then met by an over worked employee with an attitude. I was treated with no respect and also asked to leave the counter because I said he was being rude, so then he turned it around and said, well that was rude, please step away from the counter. He then proceeded to only speak with my Father. We then waited an additional half hour to 45 minutes for an available room. I did contact Booking.con as well as the Comfort Inn for asstistance during this time. The pool was not accessible and was covered. The breakfast offered no options for those who do not eat pork.

Nice location off the thruway

Room was over 90 degrees, stuffy because the air conditioning was completely off probably for weeks maybe months. Had to wait for Hours for my room to finally cool down.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good value.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

The card lock on our door wasn’t working right. When we notified the front desk clerk she informed us we would have to hit the card reader area with our hand to get the red light to flash. Then we could put our key card in and it would open the door. We had to hit the card reader every time we wanted to open the door. The pool was covered so not available during our stay.

Way overpriced for the quality. Hotel had placed another guest in our room prior to our checkin. had to wait while they cleaned the room that that guest requested to be moved out of. and they put us there. Totally awful handling. Hotel outdated and overpriced.

This was not quite the worst that my wife and I have ever stayed in, and we won't be returning.

Customer Service - When checking in, the front desk person was doing something with hot water for coffee; said he would be with us in a minute. It was five minutes later before he reappears to check us in. The hallway to our room wreaked of dope and it could be smelled in our bathroom. The room was "tired": dented refrigerator, pulled threads on bed comforter, and it appeared as though there was mold in the bathroom that was painted over.(The dark from mold came through the paint). The staff were smoking immediately outside the front entrance.

I would’ve paid a little more to stay across the street had I known.

It was close to the hospital. There was always coffee available in the lobby.

The property was very run down. My tv broke halfway into the evening and I had to move rooms the next day. The fridge handle was broken and the coffee pot was broken. The cover was on the pool so it was unavailable. They initially tried to charge me $384 dollars for two night but I was able to get the room for $200 total on Booking.com.

Great location for staying with a dog!

I left a shaving kit behind and didn’t realize it until we got home 3 hours away. They were kind enough to keep it and assist me in having it shipped back to me. Lots of grass area and little vehicle traffic.

Cleaning staff left room door open one day Check-in took too long due to reservation issues caused by Booking.com. I was assigned pet room, which I had not requested. No other options available. Room small and uninviting. No towel racks or hooks in bathroom

It was nice and comfortable.

At the beginning, not knowing we needed a deposit. In which that would've been fine. Had we known from the beginning when I booked it on line. I think it needs to be mentioned that a deposit is required on the on line booking even if it's a 2nd or 3rd party. That way there's no misunderstanding when you go to check in.
