The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival when ask for a refund the working got upset I didn't understand his language he would not refund money or clean room he them call Oregon police as if I did something wrong I was told to leave without a refund or a overnight stay he even told them I was no longer welcome on the property like I was some type of criminal

we had a dog and given a crap y room

Def not handicap friendly! And not willing to accommodate for needs at first. Finally was given handicap room on first floor only for the shower not to be equipped for handicap needs!

It was ok for continual

Cereal, don’t eat the food that was there.

I was very disappointed about the whole stay

Walked in the room all the wall paper was curling off the walls every seam, around the ceiling the microwave had only 3 legs so had a bad lean stains on everything bedding, towels and washing were all stained dirty looking nothing had a fresh smell. Bathroom had 5 light and a exhaust fan only 2 lights out of everything worked. The spa tub or jacuzzi was dirty water was barely warm then took almost a hour to fill up tried to talk to front desk I was a bother for him and said this conversation is over because we are a medium class hotel ran by people and people make mistakes. I asked if he thought it was except able or if it would be for him and he repeated it again told me thanks for voicing my opinion and wouldn't do anything for me not a new room, wouldn't give me a refund nothing. Then I go to check out tried to talk to the gentleman at the desk at check out. He wouldn't let me say nothing and said he had to check my room. Mind you I went outside 3 or 4 times that night to smoke. Did not smoke in the room but he said the room smelled like smoke and I wasnt getting my deposit back. The windows were filthy with finger prints etc on them. Room had less than a half roll of toilet paper and when we asked for toilet paper we were given a roll but with a huge attitude. Use to be a nice hotel. I will never stay here again hair and food crumbs all over the counters, etc. Never had this bad of a experience anywhere in my life and this is the first deposit I have ever been refused to get back.

Bedbug infestation crawling on me.

Location - felt like the hotel was bed and items were so old was very nervous to stay there. Wouldn’t take off shoes but was too late to keep traveling.
