From check-in to check-out, everything was very enjoyable. Room was clean and at a comfortable temperature when we walked into it. The bathroom was very clean as well and my wife and I really liked the provided shampoo and body soap dispensers. It had snowed and the parking lot was clear and not slick at all.

Room was nice . Hotel and pool area needs some painting where there warn areas x which is surprising with it being a newer hotel. Not all jets on hot tub eas fully working and pool was cloudy. Breakfast was very good . Shower in are bathroom could of been cleaned better. It had a smell to it.

The excellent rating in my opinion was inaccurate. The hot tub was warm, not hot. Several decorative tiles were missing. Appeared that the pool had been updated. The floor in the room was very dirty, both the carpet and tile. Thinking the Hampton Inns are just not what they used to be....
