Little disappointed but good enough

Beds and pillows were great. Really odd door for the bathroom which was also the closet door. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the red velvet waffles.

Very disappointed that the whirlpool was not working correctly. We asked about it and the worker said they are aware of it and location was not looking to fix it. Also, in the bathroom there was putty on the wall which look like toothpaste. Shocked they didn't have a spare roll of toilet paper in the restroom.

Pleasant and comfortable.

Breakfast was relatively good, coffee was fresh and hot, atmosphere was pleasant. The dining area was kept clean and the trash cans were emptied regularly so there was no odor of discarded food.

Nothing really. Could there been a larger variety of choices? Yes however this is a hotel offering FREE breakfast,not a sit down “May I take your order” type of establishment. So all in all breakfast met the needs for the “most important meal of the day”.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We were right at the end of hall by the elevator, and I was concerned it would be noisy, but it was quiet through the night!

We'd requested early check-in (which we were granted). The room was clean, but there was a piece of a potato chip on the counter in the bathroom, and a couple of other crumbs on the floor that I wiped up. Not sure if the cleaning was "rushed" due to early check-in?

I loved it

Easy to book. Easy to check in. Exceptionally nice and efficient concierge. Massage showers a bonus after driving many hours. Very clean and neat. Would definitely recommend and have done.

For a quick overnight stay it was wonderful! Safe location and nearby to where we needed to be.

Comfortable bed, shower pressure and size of space of the shower, shape of room made the entire space feel larger

The other 2 hotels I stayed at with similar ratings and price were not as good. The breakfast had a few extras that really made all the difference in the best way!

The people above us were running and jumping until late at night. Also when I checked in I had to repeat things that I had already done when I booked.

The staff makes the stay worth it.

The staff was wonderful. They were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They were the shining stars at this location. From the front desk staff, to the maintenance man, to the room cleaning crew, to the kitchen staff, they were all exceptional. The people who work here definitely made an impression on my entire review.

I booked on Booking.com a room that was suppose to be bigger. It said it had 3 beds (1 king and 2 queen beds and said it was a suite). After driving 600 miles and showing up to a room with only 2 queen beds, the attendant at the front desk informed us that no such room existed in this hotel. We made due and my son and daughter had to share a bed. It's not what we expected, and not what i thought i paid for, but worse things have happened.

Over priced for dirty bathroom

For paying over $400, I would expect the bathroom to be clean. It looked like black mold on several surfaces. Very disappointing. I emailed the manager so they could clean it for the next person with no response

The breakfast selection was very good. We especially like the size of our room. Very large and spacious with a king size bed.

The tile flooring was slick at first. I said something to the housekeeper and she immediately took care of it.

Good enough for one singular night- needs to step up the cleaning!

The location was easy to find- well lit, and visible which is important when two young women are traveling and arriving late. It was easy enough to get in and check in- it was lively- I like staying in places that people are lingering and having a good time in the lobby together.

It was not comfortably yclean which is especially disheartening considering we are coming off a global pandemic where cleanliness standards were spotlighted as important. - There were multiple hairs in the bathroom/ bath tub- one or two fine, it happens but several hairs were floating around the bathroom generally in a way that made it seem like it had not been wiped down. - There was stuff under the bed so it was clear it had not been vacuumed because a vacuum would have taken care of the stuff on the ground
